When did the Thunderbolts teaser trailer come out?
The official teaser was published by Marvel Entertainment on September 23, 2024. Its description included the promotional line “Careful who you assemble” and said the film was coming to theaters in May 2025. That was the release window stated when the teaser appeared, not a current release announcement. View the official teaser and its description on YouTube.
What is the film’s title?
The video’s canonical title is Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts Official Teaser Trailer. That is the name of the teaser, not the film’s full current branding. Marvel’s film page now uses The New Avengers / Thunderbolts*; retain the asterisk when referring to the film’s stylized title. The later branding should not be mistaken for the teaser’s original title. Marvel’s official film page.
Who is in Thunderbolts*?
Disney’s current description identifies the team as Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker. Marvel Japan’s film page lists principal cast members Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, Lewis Pullman, David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and names Jake Schreier as director. These are official descriptions of the ensemble and credits, rather than a claim that every person appears in the teaser. Disney+ title page · Marvel Japan film page.
