John Pringle: flirtation, not a confirmed romance
After John Pringle joined Southern Charm in Season 7, LeCroy and the castmate flirted. Us Weekly described their exchanges as cheeky and reported that LeCroy planned to keep him in the friend zone. Austen Kroll: an on-and-off relationship from 2018 to 2020
LeCroy and Kroll dated on and off from 2018 until their final breakup in December 2020, according to Us Weekly. Bravo reported that they began dating before Season 6 and that their relationship had already been on and off before the split. LeCroy later told Us Weekly that the pandemic and quarantine brought their differences in lifestyle into focus. At the Season 7 reunion, Craig Conover accused LeCroy of sleeping with an unnamed former MLB player. The outlet also cited a source close to Rodriguez who said he had never met LeCroy. Brett Randle: dating, engagement, marriage, and family
LeCroy made her relationship with Brett Randle public in June 2021. Us Weekly reported that she announced their engagement in October 2021, after seven months of dating. Describing the proposal in an interview with the outlet, LeCroy said, “He proposed to me in the living room, and my son’s behind him, just clapping.” That is her account of the moment. By November 2024, LeCroy said she and Kroll had become friends and continued working together. In an Amazon Live stream, as reported by Bravo, she said, “I think after five years of time, it’s like you just gotta grow up. We’re adults, we work together, so yeah.” Bravo’s 2025 updates continued to describe them as friends. In November 2025, Kroll said he talked through relationship questions with LeCroy because she knew him well; Bravo reported that he was single after his breakup with Audrey Pratt.
