Southern Charm Season 10, Episode 12 is officially titled “Lost at Sea,” not “A Sleepover in Nassau.” The episode, which aired February 27, 2025, follows the Bahamas group through a tense dinner involving JT, an uneasy boat trip, and Shep’s uncertainty about Sienna. A later hotel-room encounter between Venita and JT is described by the two of them after the fact, not shown on camera.
What is the official title of Episode 12?
Bravo lists Season 10, Episode 12 as “Lost at Sea” and gives its air date as February 27, 2025. “A Sleepover in Nassau” is the subtitle used in this recap’s supplied title, not the official episode name. Bravo’s episode listing summarizes the Bahamas conflict, Madison and JT’s conversation, the boat outing, and Shep’s concerns about Sienna.
Why does JT’s arrival turn dinner into a confrontation?
JT arrives in the Bahamas after the group’s tensions have already built. Venita is glad to see him, but the others are wary. Salley is uncomfortable sitting beside him because of an earlier interaction at Molly’s party. At dinner, JT tries to apologize, but the conversation quickly turns to several disputed claims: whether he called Patricia a derogatory name, what he said about Austen’s dating behavior, and whether he mocked Madison and Brett’s FaceTime call.
The episode does not establish a clear verdict on the Patricia allegation. The participants disagree about what was said, and the recap notes that no footage shows JT using the disputed insult. Keep the exchange in that context: it is a conflict shaped by competing accounts, not a confirmed finding.

Craig, Austen, and Shep take opposing positions
Craig stands by his account and leaves the table. Austen insults JT, while Shep challenges Austen for piling on and says JT is an easy target. Venita is upset as she watches her friend being verbally attacked, though she does not step in during the dinner. The argument deepens the divide rather than producing a shared understanding.
What happens between Venita and JT after dinner?
After the confrontation, Venita visits JT’s hotel room. The encounter was not filmed in the room, so viewers do not see what happened. In a later Bravo After Show account, Venita says she confronted JT and made a move before leaving. JT says he pushed her away because he had a girlfriend. Those are their later accounts of a private exchange, not scenes shown in the episode.
Why is Shep worried about Sienna?
Shep spends much of the trip anxious about Sienna’s responses and whether the two of them want the same kind of relationship. Bravo reports that Sienna told his friends she did not consider them exclusive. That gap helps explain why Shep is unsettled even as the rest of the group navigates its own conflict.
On the boat, Shep tells Madison that Sienna had asked him to buy her a house he describes as worth $10 million. Madison asks whether he feels he is not rich enough for her, and Shep says maybe. The figure is Shep’s reported description of a house in that conversation, not an independently verified valuation. Bravo’s account of the relationship discussion provides additional context.

Shep gets advice, but no resolution
The recap reports that Shep is later kicked out of a casino for being too drunk and found asleep in a beach chair. Paige talks with him and urges him to let Sienna go if she does not return his interest: “If they liked you, you would know it.” Sienna misses the group’s boat outing and asks to meet at dinner. Shep joins the boat, but the trip does not settle where the relationship stands.
Does JT make peace with Madison?
JT apologizes to Madison for telling Craig about her FaceTime call with Brett. He still places much of the blame for the damaged friendship on Craig, but Madison agrees to move on. JT then leaves the trip for Charleston. That conversation offers some movement toward closure, although the wider dispute with Craig remains unresolved.

What does “A Sleepover in Nassau” refer to?
The title’s sleepover reference points to the hotel-room visit after dinner. Because that interaction took place off camera, the recap should not treat it as a scene viewers watched. Its details come from Venita and JT’s later descriptions, which differ in emphasis: Venita describes confronting him and making a move, while JT says he pushed her away because he was in a relationship.
How the Bahamas trip ends
After JT leaves, the group continues by boat to Rose Island. The cast’s conflicts do not all resolve at once: Madison accepts JT’s apology over the FaceTime information, but the Craig-JT tension remains, and Shep is still uncertain about Sienna.
For the episode’s credited title, air date, and official synopsis, see Bravo’s “Lost at Sea” listing. The scene-by-scene sequence of the dinner, casino, and boat trip is also covered in the Reality Tea recap. For Craig’s later account of the accusations, see Bravo’s After Show coverage.
