After Jake Paul beat Mike Tyson by unanimous decision on Nov. 15, 2024, Tyson suggested Jake’s older brother Logan as a possible opponent. Logan shot back, “I’ll kill you, Mike.” It was a brief exchange in the ring—not an announcement that a fight had been booked.
What did Logan Paul say to Mike Tyson?
During the post-fight interview, Logan replied, “I’ll kill you, Mike,” after Tyson suggested him as a possible future opponent. The Associated Press reported the line without the profanity included in some other accounts. The AP report and Sports Illustrated’s account describe the same short exchange, with differences in how they transcribe the wording.
These are outlets’ reported transcriptions, not a separately verified verbatim transcript. ESPN published a video clip titled “Mike Tyson reacts to loss vs. Jake Paul, calls out Logan in the process.”
How Tyson brought up Logan
Netflix interviewer Ariel Helwani asked Tyson whether he would fight again. The AP reported Tyson answered, “It depends on the situation,” then suggested Logan. Sports Illustrated gives Tyson’s wording as, “I don’t know. Maybe his brother.” Helwani then turned to Logan, who delivered his retort; SI says Jake Paul and Tyson laughed afterward.

The difference in the two reports’ wording does not establish a formal challenge, contract offer, or scheduled bout. Tyson’s remark was a suggestion during the interview, and Logan’s response was a verbal quip.
The fight that prompted the exchange
Jake Paul defeated Tyson in an eight-round professional bout at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Nov. 15, 2024. The Associated Press reported the judges’ scores as 80–72 and 79–73 twice. The fight streamed on Netflix; AP reported that Netflix said 60 million households viewed it, a figure attributed to the company rather than independently audited. AP also reported an estimated crowd of 72,000, attributing that estimate to event organizers. Associated Press coverage described it as Tyson’s first sanctioned professional bout since 2005; he was 58 at the time.

What Tyson said afterward
In a separate post on Nov. 16, Tyson said he was grateful to have fought one last time and had no regrets. ITV quoted his post: “This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in the ring one last time.” ITV also reported Tyson said he had eight blood transfusions in June, following a serious health scare. Those comments were Tyson’s account of his health and the fight, not part of the Logan exchange. ITV News reported Tyson’s post.

No. The reviewed reports describe a post-fight suggestion and Logan’s reply, but do not report that a match was booked or confirmed. A later IMPAULSIVE Clips video, published Dec. 6, 2024, presented Logan reacting to Tyson’s callout and identified the source as episode 437; it does not change the status of the ring exchange.
