In a 2023 interview excerpt about Nina’s musical ambitions, LL Cool J said, “My youngest daughter Nina, she’s a singer … she really has that gene, and she loves it,” and added, “I’m going to support her, but she has to make it.” The Yahoo-republished profile also says he did not want to give his children everything they should work for.
