What Lil Wayne has said about his children
In a PEOPLE interview published November 2, 2023, Wayne described Reginae as living in Los Angeles and busy, and called her “ride or die for Dad.” The interviewer listed her age as 24 at the time; that is a dated description, not a current age.
Dwayne Carter III
Wayne said his oldest boy, whom he also called Tuney, was focused on basketball but remained good at soccer. He recalled Dwayne’s team winning a match 4–1, with Dwayne scoring twice. That is Wayne’s account in the interview, rather than independently reported sports coverage.

Kameron and Neal
Wayne called Kameron “the genius” and said he was “stepping up being a man of the house.” Those are Wayne’s affectionate characterizations, not objective assessments. Wayne said Neal, whom he called Meatball, was rapping, rhyming and singing. These interests reflect what Wayne described in 2023 and should not be assumed to represent the boys’ current activities.

In a conversation on Reginae’s Heir Time podcast, reported by Complex on December 26, 2025, the siblings described different reactions to the attention surrounding their father.

- Kameron recalled that hearing classmates identify him as Wayne’s son made school difficult. He said he wanted to know who would be a genuine friend and wanted to build real relationships.
- Reginae remembered embracing the attention: “I loved it. I was like, ‘Yes, I am Lil Wayne’s daughter. Yes, everybody get the cameras out.’”
- Dwayne called private school “terrible” because people were nosy about his life. He said the attention eased after he moved to public school.
