Short attendee-shot video clips and a longer audio file from WWE’s closed-doors Roast of WrestleMania were reported online in April 2025. WWE had announced the April 20 event as non-televised; contemporaneous reports said it pursued copyright takedowns. Those reports do not establish whether leaked copies remain available or whether an authorized full recording has since been released.
What was the Roast of WrestleMania?
WWE announced The Roast of WrestleMania Featuring Tony Hinchcliffe & Friends as a WrestleMania 41-week event at BleauLive Theater in Las Vegas on April 20, 2025, at 10 p.m. PT. WWE described it as a “closed-doors, non-televised roast,” rather than a WrestleMania match or a publicly released special. WWE’s announcement named Tony Hinchcliffe as host and listed Sami Zayn, The Miz, Braun Strowman and Paul Heyman among the participants. The official event listing also identifies those featured superstars.

What leaked: video clips and audio
Attendee-shot video
On April 23, 2025, WrestleZone reported that audience-shot clips had appeared online despite a no-filming policy. Its report described a clip featuring audio of Paul Heyman and Gabriel Iglesias, but said their faces were not captured. That is the outlet’s account of a clip, not independent verification of the footage. Read WrestleZone’s April 23 report.
Longer audio file
On April 24, WrestleZone reported that a full event audio file had spread through YouTube and social platforms. The next day, Cultaholic reported that video and audio had leaked, including a two-hour audio file. These accounts describe audio, not a verified complete video recording of the roast. WrestleZone’s April 24 report and Cultaholic’s April 25 report document what those outlets reported at the time.

Did WWE remove the leaked material?
WrestleZone reported on April 24 that WWE had begun issuing DMCA notices. Cultaholic reported on April 25 that copyright claims led to clips being removed from X. These are reports about enforcement in April 2025; they do not establish what copies are accessible now, whether every copy was removed, or whether WWE later made an authorized recording available.

The sources establish that WWE announced the roast as closed-doors and non-televised, and they document contemporaneous reports of leaked clips and audio. They do not establish a later official full recording or its current availability. WWE’s announcement that Peacock is its U.S. home for premium live events is not evidence that this roast is available there. For a legitimate viewing option, check WWE’s official event and video channels rather than relying on reposted material.
