The claims appeared in an amended complaint described by The Washington Post; they were allegations, not findings of fact. In July 2026, The Los Angeles Times reported that the parties settled and Pisciotta sought dismissal of the case with prejudice. The settlement terms were not disclosed.
What did Lauren Pisciotta allege?
In an amended complaint, Pisciotta said she attended a Santa Monica studio session co-hosted by Ye and Sean Combs. She alleged that drinks were served to her and others, and that after a few sips she felt disoriented, became heavily impaired and could not remember the rest of the night. She said she woke the next day feeling ill and confused. Years later, after Ye fired her, she said she learned she had allegedly been sexually assaulted that night, according to The Washington Post’s October 12, 2024 report.
The newspaper reported that Pisciotta’s complaint said she initially assumed someone preparing the drinks had laced hers, but did not investigate further. It also said that when she asked Ye about a former wife’s comment that they had been intimate, he allegedly responded, “We did kind of hook up a little one time,” and reminisced about the night. That quotation is an account in the complaint as reported by the newspaper, not a verified recording or an independently established statement.
How did the lawsuit develop?
June 2024: Initial lawsuit
Pisciotta sued Ye and Yeezy-related entities in June 2024. She said she worked for him from July 2021 to October 2022. The initial complaint alleged sexual harassment, wrongful termination, explicit messages and material, sexual conduct during work-related calls, and unpaid compensation, The Los Angeles Times reported.

In response, Ye’s legal representative called the allegations “baseless allegations” and accused Pisciotta of coercion, blackmail and extortion. The representative also said she was fired for being unqualified and for her conduct and compensation demands. Those statements were the representative’s assertions, not court findings.
October 2024: Alleged studio-session assault added
Pisciotta’s amended complaint added the account of the alleged drugging and assault at the Santa Monica session, as described by The Washington Post. The account remained a claim in civil litigation, rather than a judicial determination.

July 2025: Further allegations
A later amended complaint alleged forced oral sex and additional assaults during Pisciotta’s employment, sexual activity with employees at Yeezy offices, and stalking after she filed her first suit, The Los Angeles Times reported. These, too, were allegations in a pleading.
July 2026: Settlement and requested dismissal
The Los Angeles Times reported on July 30, 2026, that the parties had reached a settlement. Pisciotta’s legal team filed a notice of settlement and asked the court to dismiss the entire case with prejudice, meaning the requested dismissal would prevent the same claims from being brought again. Her lawyer, Arick Fudali, said, “The matter has been resolved.” The report did not disclose settlement terms, and it did not describe the settlement as an admission or a court’s finding on the allegations. Ye’s representative did not immediately respond to the newspaper’s request for comment.

What is established about the case’s outcome?
The reported procedural endpoint is a settlement and a request by Pisciotta to dismiss the case with prejudice. The available settlement report does not state the terms or establish that a judge ruled on whether the alleged conduct occurred. A settlement resolves a dispute between parties; without disclosed terms or a court determination, it should not be treated as proof of the claims or as an admission by Ye.
