Linda Fairgate in Knots Landing
From 1987 to 1991, Lincoln played Linda Fairgate on the prime-time drama Knots Landing, and she also appeared in other roles on the series. The Los Angeles Times reported those years as her tenure.

Her career beyond those two roles
Lincoln’s reported television credits also included Outlaws, Highway to Heaven, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Murder, She Wrote. Selected film credits included The Princess Academy, From the Dark, Autumn Road and Ghost Party.
Acting coaching and mentoring
Lincoln founded Actors Audition Studios, where she worked with aspiring actors. In its statement after her death, the studio said: “Over her 45-year career, Lar left an unforgettable mark on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors.” The 45-year figure is the studio’s description of her career.
