What Kylie Jenner wore to the after-party
Vogue identified Jenner’s after-party look as a corseted black lace dress by Ashi Studio. Marie Claire described it as an Ashi Studio Spring 2025 gown styled by Alexandra and Mackenzie Grandquist, with a close-fitting corseted silhouette and black lace over a nude underlay. That combination created the sheer appearance.
“Sheer lingerie dress” is a useful description of the visual impression, not a confirmed construction detail beyond the reported lace and nude underlay. The coverage does not say that the gown was unlined.
How it differed from her Oscars ceremony gown
The Ashi Studio dress was a change of outfit, not Jenner’s Academy Awards ceremony look. For the ceremony, she wore a custom Miu Miu gown: Marie Claire described a beaded black bra top attached to a sweeping black skirt, while Vogue characterized the dress as black, crystal-covered and cut out.

Where she wore it
The occasion was the Vanity Fair Oscar Party after the 2025 Academy Awards. Vogue reported that Jenner skipped the carpet portion and posed with Timothée Chalamet inside the venue. Its report is dated March 3, 2025.
The look in the night’s wider fashion conversation
Contemporary coverage placed Jenner’s lace gown among the party’s broader crop of sheer and lingerie-influenced looks. That is a framing by fashion coverage, not a stated explanation from Jenner for choosing the dress. Vanity Fair’s discussion also included Julia Fox’s separate look and quoted Fox’s stylist, Briana Andalore, about the challenges of executing it; that comment was about Fox, not Jenner’s gown.
