It is a feature about the changes, not a published account of how they were done: the accessible listing provides no transcript or details about timing, backstage routines, crew roles, or the number of costumes.
What the exclusive video covers
The Entertainment Tonight listing is titled “How Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Pulled Off ‘Live’ Halloween Quick Changes (Exclusive)”. Its listed runtime is 5:29. The listing frames the footage around the hosts’ quick changes, but does not provide a transcript or spell out the production mechanics.
That distinction matters: the available listing does not establish how quickly any individual change happened, how many looks appear, or who helped backstage. Those specifics should not be inferred from the title alone.
How it fits the 2024 Live Halloween episode
Live with Kelly and Mark identifies its October 31, 2024 episode as “Only Halloween in the Building.” The official episode guide says the audience costume contest returned and lists related Halloween videos, including Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars outtakes, audience dance footage, and the costume contest.

The ET quick-change feature is a behind-the-scenes companion to that Halloween programming; the episode guide supplies the show-date context, while the ET listing identifies the exclusive video. Neither page gives a 2024 count of Ripa and Consuelos’ costume changes.
Why the 2025 figure is separate
A different Entertainment Tonight item, published in connection with the 2025 Halloween broadcast, says Ripa and Consuelos wore nine looks each during that one-hour show. It mentions transformations including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Labubu dolls, and characters from Severance. That figure belongs to the 2025 broadcast, not the 2024 episode or the 5:29 quick-change feature. See ET’s 2025 Halloween transformations interview.

The available listings do not identify the specific items Ripa or Consuelos wore, however, so they cannot support treating any accessory as a replica or as a product they endorsed.
