Qué antecedentes se han reportado
Excélsior y Univision relacionaron el posible trasplante con los antecedentes de cáncer relatados por el actor y el EPOC reportado. Excélsior también recogió que Ortiz de Pinedo dijo en una entrevista de 2022 que había fumado durante 47 años; es un dato autobiográfico atribuido al actor, no una estadística poblacional.
En conjunto, los medios recogen declaraciones del propio Ortiz de Pinedo y reportes sobre su situación, no una evaluación médica independiente. Conviene mantener esa atribución al hablar de sus diagnósticos y de un posible trasplante.
