Jacinda Jenkins, a 28-year-old TikTok creator and mother of two, died in late September 2025. Her mother, Emily Kocik, announced her death in a TikTok video on October 1. Reports have not disclosed a cause of death, and they conflict on the exact date.
What happened to Jacinda Jenkins?
Jenkins died in late September 2025, according to reports by NationalWorld and AOL, republishing People coverage. Her mother, Emily Kocik, shared the news in a TikTok video on October 1, 2025, as reported by Us Weekly and AOL.
The exact date is not consistent across those reports: NationalWorld gives September 28, while AOL’s People-derived report gives September 29. Without the primary obituary to settle the discrepancy, neither date should be treated as definitive.
What did her mother say in the announcement?
NationalWorld reproduced Kocik’s appeal to remember her daughter for her character: “I just want everyone to remember her for the person that she was; her big heart, her kindness . . .She was unequivocally herself all the time, and that’s one of the things that made her absolutely wonderful,”

Who was Jacinda Jenkins?
Coverage described Jenkins as a mother of two and a creator of lifestyle and fashion content on TikTok. NationalWorld reported that she had more than 200,000 TikTok followers in 2025; that is a historical figure, not a current account count.
Reports also described her as the owner of Harper’s Haven Boutique, which sold custom shirts and other apparel. That background does not establish whether the business remains in operation.
