Not confirmed. As of October 8, 2026, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is not named in the official Avengers: Doomsday cast materials reviewed. That does not prove he is absent: co-director Anthony Russo has said the full cast has not been announced.
What the official cast information says
Disney’s official U.S. film page lists an ensemble that includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Pedro Pascal, Paul Rudd and Anthony Mackie, alongside performers associated with the MCU, Fantastic Four and X-Men-related properties. Holland is not on the page’s cast list. Disney describes the film as bringing heroes from three distinct universes together.
Disney’s 2026 San Diego Comic-Con report names attendees from the announced cast and identifies Hayley Atwell as returning as Peggy Carter. It does not name Holland or Spider-Man in its account. These materials establish that Spider-Man has not been officially confirmed in the cast information reviewed—not that he cannot appear.
Why the cast list does not settle the question
In a September 25, 2026 GamesRadar interview, co-director Anthony Russo said: “The cast is so large, and we’ve announced some of the cast, and we haven’t announced some of the cast.” His comment means the public cast list is incomplete, so Holland’s omission cannot be treated as definitive evidence that he is not in the film.
