Those are reported holdings—not a current title-record search—and the public accounts do not establish present market value or occupancy for every property.
Where does Adam Sandler live?
Architectural Digest identifies the Sandlers’ 2004 Pacific Palisades residence as their primary home and reports that they still own it. Its account describes a 13,000-square-foot property bought from Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell for $12 million in 2004. Architectural Digest’s 2026 portfolio account attributes the story of the purchase to a celebrity-party anecdote reported by People; it is not firsthand verification.
That is the clearest published answer to “where does Adam Sandler live?” The other properties below are reported as family or additional homes, but the available accounts do not establish that they are currently occupied.

| Pacific Palisades, California — additional ranch | $4.8 million in 2022, according to Architectural Digest | 1,840 square feet; three bedrooms and two bathrooms |

| Boca Raton, Florida — condo reportedly for Sandler’s mother | $640,000 in the early 2000s, according to Architectural Digest | 2,600 square feet; three bedrooms and three bathrooms |
The Pacific Palisades ranch
Architectural Digest reports that the Sandlers paid $4.8 million for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch in 2022. The sale reportedly included plans for a larger replacement home, but whether the couple intends to keep the property as it is remains unclear. The plans are not evidence that a rebuild has taken place. Architectural Digest

The Malibu home
Architectural Digest says Sandler bought the approximately 3,000-square-foot home in 2001 for $3.1 million after renting it for six months. The outlet describes it as a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house built in 1947 and reports that the Sandlers still own it. Contemporary coverage also reported an additional $650,000 payment for furnishings and art; that amount is a reported extra, not independently verified. Architectural Digest
The Boca Raton condo
The Florida condo was reportedly bought in the early 2000s for $640,000 for Sandler’s mother to use as her primary residence. Architectural Digest gives its size as 2,600 square feet and describes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. These are reported purchase and property details; the account does not establish current occupancy. Architectural Digest

What is the reported value of the portfolio?
Realtor.com estimated Sandler’s real-estate portfolio at $20.5 million in a September 2025 article. That figure is a dated media estimate—not an appraisal, a current market valuation, or a value confirmed by property records. The reported purchase prices in the table are from different years and should not be added or treated as present-day values. Realtor.com’s 2025 estimate

The published accounts provide reported purchase details and ownership descriptions, but they do not substitute for a current deed or title search. Architectural Digest notes that Sandler is private and that some rumored holdings, including a Sierra Towers condo, lack adequate public information.
