Filipino influencer Gina Lima died on November 16, 2025, at age 23. Her ex-boyfriend, Ivan Cezar Ronquillo, 24, died three days later, according to reports published at the time. Those reports did not establish the cause of Lima’s death, and they did not verify a final cause for Ronquillo’s.
What happened, and when?
N+ reported that Lima was taken to a hospital in Manila on November 16, 2025, and was declared dead. Its November 20 account said her cause of death had not been determined. N+
Us Weekly reported on November 19 that Ronquillo died three days after Lima, at age 24. The contemporaneous coverage therefore establishes the reported sequence and ages, but not a complete account of either death. Us Weekly
What did investigators report about Lima’s death?
N+ described a medico-legal account noting external injuries, fluid in Lima’s lungs, and cardiac congestion. These are reported observations; they do not, on their own, establish what caused her death.

In the same November 20 report, N+ said investigators were awaiting toxicology and histopathology results. That describes the investigation as reported at that time, not necessarily its status now. The cited coverage does not provide a verified final cause of death.
Where was Lima found?
