The 67th Annual Grammy Awards aired Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on CBS. The live stream was available to U.S. viewers with the then-premium Paramount+ plan, called Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, and access to their local CBS feed. Paramount+ Essential subscribers could watch on demand beginning the next day. The event has passed; this is an archived U.S. viewing guide, not a listing for a live broadcast tonight.
How to watch the 2025 Grammys
The main ceremony was broadcast from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on the CBS Television Network and streamed live through Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, the service’s premium tier at the time. The Recording Academy’s 2025 viewing guide listed the scheduled broadcast as 8–11:30 p.m. Eastern / 5–8:30 p.m. Pacific. Trevor Noah hosted.

For the original U.S. broadcast, viewers could tune in through a local CBS affiliate on cable, satellite, a digital antenna, or a live-TV streaming service carrying that station. Contemporary alternatives included Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Fubo, but local channel lineups vary. Check availability for your ZIP code before subscribing.

Which Paramount+ plan was needed to watch live?
In 2025, the live CBS feed was included with Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, not Paramount+ Essential. Essential subscribers could watch the ceremony on demand beginning the following day, according to CBS News’ broadcast guide. The distinction matters: a Paramount+ subscription by itself did not guarantee live access.
Paramount’s current U.S. plan pages use the names Essential and Premium; Premium is the current tier associated with a local CBS live stream. Plan names, features, availability, and prices can change, so check the official signup details rather than treating the 2025 plan label as current. Local CBS access is market-dependent.

Red carpet and Premiere Ceremony: separate streams
The main CBS broadcast was only one part of the day. The Recording Academy also provided digital coverage, but those streams were not a substitute for the full prime-time telecast.

The Premiere Ceremony began at 3:30 p.m. ET / 12:30 p.m. PT, according to the Recording Academy’s guide. It presented the majority of categories; not every award was part of the CBS prime-time show. The red-carpet and backstage streams likewise offered related coverage, not the complete main ceremony.
What if you missed the live broadcast?
- Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers: The plan offered live and on-demand access to the ceremony.
- Paramount+ Essential subscribers: The ceremony was available on demand beginning the next day; this plan did not carry the live CBS feed.
- Other viewers: Post-broadcast CBS access depended on the market, provider, and rights. Official Grammy channels published clips, interviews, performances, and acceptance speeches, but that does not mean they offered a complete replay.
For current replay availability, check the service’s listing directly. Rights and catalog availability can change after an event.
Quick troubleshooting for the original live stream
- Paramount+ did not show CBS live: Check whether the account was on Essential rather than the premium tier, and whether a local CBS feed was available in the ZIP code.
- The Grammy site showed a stream, but not the awards show: The official digital coverage included the red carpet and Premiere Ceremony; the main telecast was on CBS and the applicable Paramount+ live tier.
- A live-TV service had no CBS station: Local affiliate carriage varies. Confirm the channel lineup for your location before signing up.
- Streaming trouble: Sign in to the correct account, confirm the plan and location settings, check that the event has started, and verify the app or provider is working. Testing access ahead of showtime avoids last-minute account or device surprises.
Watching outside the United States
The options described here apply to the U.S. broadcast arrangement. International distribution differed by territory; viewers outside the United States should check the Recording Academy’s official Grammy pages and local listings rather than assume CBS or Paramount+ is available for the event in their country.

Which route made sense?
- Already had CBS through a TV provider or antenna: Use that access; no separate streaming subscription was needed.
- Wanted the live broadcast without a full live-TV bundle: Paramount+ with SHOWTIME was the relevant 2025 streaming tier, provided the local CBS feed was supported.
- Already subscribed to a live-TV service: Use it if it carried the local CBS affiliate.
- Only needed next-day viewing: Paramount+ Essential offered on-demand access after the broadcast.
- Wanted early awards or arrivals: Use the Recording Academy’s digital coverage, while keeping in mind it was separate from the full main show.
