The 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards aired on Thursday, September 26, 2024. The two-hour ceremony was broadcast live on NBC and streamed on Peacock. Because the event is now in the past, current viewers should verify whether an official replay is still available rather than assume the full telecast remains in Peacock’s library.

These are the schedules for the 2024 broadcast, not current listings. NBC’s official schedule used the notation 8/7c. That converts to 8 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Central and 6 p.m. Mountain; Pacific viewers should check their local NBC listing because network scheduling conventions can vary. NBC’s official event listing described the ceremony as a two-hour broadcast from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, hosted by Shania Twain.
Where the ceremony aired
NBC
Viewers could watch through their local NBC affiliate using an antenna, cable subscription, satellite service or live-TV provider. Online NBC access may require a participating television-provider login, and local affiliate availability varies by market.
Receiving NBC over the air can be free after purchasing or already owning a compatible antenna, but that does not mean every NBC stream was free. Digital access requirements depended on the market and provider.

Peacock
Peacock was the principal direct-streaming option for the live ceremony. At the time, viewers could open Peacock, search for the event or live NBC programming, and sign in with an eligible plan. Peacock’s current plans page shows available subscription options, but plan names, prices and access rules can change.
A Peacock subscription today does not guarantee access to the 2024 telecast. If you are looking for a replay, search Peacock for the event and check official NBC or People’s Choice pages for authorized clips or recordings. Do not treat an old article saying the show “is streaming on Peacock” as proof that the complete 2024 episode remains available.

Red-carpet and pre-show coverage
The red carpet was separate from the awards ceremony. Live From E!: People’s Choice Country Awards began at 6 p.m. Eastern on E!. E! also reported that related coverage was available through E! Online, E! News and Access Hollywood social-video channels.
Peacock carried a separate one-hour pre-show beginning at 7 p.m. Eastern, or 4 p.m. Pacific. Viewers who wanted interviews and arrivals needed to start earlier than the 8/7c ceremony.

How to watch without cable
For the live 2024 broadcast, viewers without traditional cable generally had three options:
- Use an antenna: Receive the local NBC affiliate over the air, if the station’s signal reaches your location.
- Use Peacock: Subscribe to an eligible plan and watch the official live stream.
- Use a live-TV streaming service: Services identified in 2024 coverage included Sling TV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV and DIRECTV STREAM.
Before choosing a live-TV bundle, enter your ZIP code or check the provider’s local-channel lineup. A service may carry NBC in one market but not another. Channel rights, prices, free trials and eligibility also change, so historical 2024 pricing should not be reused as a current quote.

For a single archived awards show, a full live-TV bundle is usually difficult to justify unless you also want ongoing access to local broadcast channels, sports, news or other live programming. Check official replay availability first.
What was announced for the event?
The ceremony was held at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House and hosted by Shania Twain. Advance coverage announced performances by Brad Paisley, Kane Brown, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Lady A, MGK, Miranda Lambert, Parker McCollum, and The War and Treaty. Performance lineups can change, so these should be understood as the announced lineup rather than a guarantee of the final broadcast.

Miranda Lambert was scheduled to receive the Country Icon Award, while Kane Brown was scheduled to receive the Country Champion Award.
Availability outside the United States
The NBC and Peacock instructions applied to the U.S. market. One 2024 viewing guide listed Citytv in Canada as an additional broadcaster, but international rights differ by country and date. Check the local broadcaster in your region rather than assuming that a U.S. service or schedule applies worldwide.
