Super Bowl LX was played on Sunday, February 8, 2026. It is no longer available as a live event. In the United States, the game originally aired on NBC and streamed on Peacock. There was no universally free legal internet stream: viewers could avoid an additional streaming fee with a local NBC antenna signal or an eligible TV-provider login, while Peacock required a qualifying paid plan. For viewing now, check official replay and highlights options.
Is Super Bowl 2026 still live?
No. Super Bowl LX, between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks, took place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, 2026, with kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Any page saying the game is live “today” is outdated. See the NFL’s official event information for the original schedule and viewing details.
The options below separate the original live-viewing routes from legitimate ways to find coverage after the event.

- NBC: The national English-language television broadcast, available over the air where a viewer could receive a local NBC affiliate.
- Peacock: The official direct-to-consumer streaming home for the game, subject to qualifying paid-plan rules.
- NBC digital platforms: NBC websites and apps could require authentication through a participating cable, satellite, or live-TV provider. Access was not guaranteed to every internet user.
- Telemundo and Universo: Spanish-language options, subject to local market and service availability.
- NFL+: An NFL subscription option with restrictions on device, territory, plan, and replay access. It was not a free public stream.

How viewers could watch legally for free
1. Use an antenna for local NBC
This was the most genuinely free legal route, although it was not an internet livestream. An indoor or outdoor antenna could receive the local NBC affiliate without a monthly television subscription.
- Check whether your address is within reliable reception range of a local NBC station.
- Connect the antenna to the television’s antenna input.
- Run the television’s channel scan.
- Confirm that NBC comes in clearly before the event.
- If reception is weak, reposition the antenna or consider a stronger indoor or outdoor model.
Results vary with distance from the transmitter, terrain, building materials, antenna placement, and local affiliate coverage. An antenna provides broadcast television only; it does not provide Peacock or an online replay.
2. Use an existing TV-provider login
If you already paid for cable, satellite, or a participating live-TV service that carried your local NBC station, you could potentially stream through an authorized NBC website or app without paying another streaming fee.

- Confirm that your provider carries the NBC affiliate serving your ZIP code.
- Open the applicable NBC or NBC Sports website or app.
- Select the live channel or event.
- Choose your television provider when prompted.
- Sign in with the provider account credentials.
- Test playback before the event.
A provider login was not the same as a Peacock subscription. Local-station disputes, expired authentication, VPN detection, and event-specific rights could prevent access even when ordinary NBC programming worked.
3. Check for a verified promotional trial
A trial from Peacock or a live-TV provider could have reduced the cost, but no trial should be treated as guaranteed. Before signing up, confirm that the offer:
- is available to you as a new or returning customer;
- explicitly includes live sports and NBC;
- shows its end date and renewal price;
- states whether payment details are required; and
- explains what happens when you cancel.
Test the stream immediately after signup and set a calendar reminder before renewal. A discounted first month is not the same as a free trial.

Was Peacock free?
Peacock was the official online streaming destination, but the Super Bowl was not generally a free-tier stream. Viewers needed a qualifying paid Peacock plan. Plan names, prices, and sports eligibility can change, so check the current official plan page before subscribing. Do not choose a lower-priced tier unless its current terms explicitly include the live sports access you need.

Could NFL+ show the game?
NFL’s official materials listed Super Bowl LX among playoff viewing options, but NFL+ was a paid service with important limitations. NFL+ is intended for users in the United States, and the NFL says it is not available in U.S. territories. Live-game access is primarily designed for supported mobile devices rather than unrestricted streaming to every television. Replay rules are separate.

NFL+ Premium supports full and condensed game replays according to NFL support documentation. That does not guarantee that this particular Super Bowl replay remains in the catalog indefinitely. Check the current NFL+ listing and device rules before paying.
How to watch Super Bowl LX after the event
For a full or condensed replay, check these legitimate sources:
- NFL+ Premium: Search the current replay catalog and confirm whether Super Bowl LX is available under your plan.
- Peacock: Search the NFL or sports section to see whether Peacock still carries the event replay.
- Official NFL and team channels: Look for game highlights, recap videos, and authenticated clips.
- NBC Sports coverage: The broadcaster may retain selected highlights or recap material, although availability can change.
A replay may not preserve the exact live broadcast. It can omit or replace commercials, local advertising, portions of the pregame show, or the original halftime presentation. Distinguish between a full-game replay, condensed replay, highlights, a halftime-show clip, and a commercial compilation.

Troubleshooting streaming problems
- Local NBC is missing: Enter your ZIP code on the provider’s site and verify the exact local affiliate before subscribing.
- Black screen or location error: Turn off a VPN or proxy, then sign out and back in.
- Login rejected: Confirm that the provider subscription is active and that it carries NBC in your market.
- Wrong plan: Recheck the Peacock or NFL+ plan’s live-sports and replay terms.
- Buffering: Update the app or browser, try another supported device, and test a wired or cellular connection.
- Promotion expired: Review the renewal date and offer terms rather than creating another account or subscribing blindly.

International and U.S. territory viewers
NBC and Peacock rules described above apply to the United States and should not be generalized worldwide. NFL support directs viewers outside the United States toward international-rights providers such as DAZN, but the correct service varies by country. NFL+ is not available in U.S. territories according to NFL support information. Check the rights holder for your specific location.
4K and halftime-show considerations
NBCUniversal promoted 4K HDR coverage for the February 8 broadcast. A compatible 4K display alone was not enough: viewers also needed supported hardware, app compatibility, sufficient bandwidth, and the applicable service access. See the NBC Sports 4K announcement for the original details.
The halftime show was part of the NBC and Peacock event presentation. Afterward, an official standalone clip may be easier to find than the full broadcast, but clips can be edited and availability can change. A replay also may not include the same commercials or local substitutions shown during the live telecast.
Why unofficial “free livestream” sites are a bad option
Pirate IPTV services, mirror streams, torrents, and pop-up-heavy sports sites do not provide a legitimate free alternative. They may violate copyright rules and expose viewers to deceptive downloads, malware, aggressive advertising, account theft, or unreliable video. Use NBC, Peacock, NFL, the relevant local broadcaster, or an authorized provider instead.
Bottom line
Super Bowl LX is over, so there is no legitimate live stream to watch now. For the original broadcast, the no-extra-fee choices were a local NBC antenna signal or an eligible existing TV-provider login. Peacock was the official standalone online option but required a qualifying paid plan. Today, check NFL+ Premium, Peacock, and official NFL or broadcaster channels for a replay or highlights, and verify availability before subscribing.
