The three-hour Grand Ole Opry centennial special originally aired live on NBC on March 19, 2025, but the broadcast is over. The Grand Ole Opry says the program is available to stream on demand on Peacock in the United States.
That means you do not need a cable package or a live-TV streaming service to watch the replay. You need a Peacock account, a supported device, and an active plan that displays the program in Peacock’s catalog.
How to stream Opry 100: A Live Celebration
- Open Peacock in a web browser or launch the Peacock app on your supported TV, streaming device, game console, phone, or tablet.
- Sign in to an existing account or create a Peacock account.
- Use Peacock’s search function and enter Opry 100: A Live Celebration.
- Select the full special—not a trailer, clip, or related Grand Ole Opry program—and start playback.
If Peacock does not return the title, check the spelling, confirm that you are signed in, and review Peacock’s current catalog and regional availability before subscribing. Streaming libraries can change, so availability should not be treated as permanent.
It is an on-demand replay, not a current live broadcast

- Compact without compromises: The sleek design of Roku Streaming Stick won’t block neighboring HDMI ports, and it even powers from your TV alone, plugging into the back and staying out of sight. No wall outlet, no extra cords, no clutter.
- No more juggling remotes: Power up your TV, adjust the volume, and control your Roku device with one remote. Use your voice to quickly search, play entertainment, and more.

- TV, simplified: With setup that only takes minutes, a simple-to-navigate Home Screen, and an uncluttered remote control that does all you need—Roku makes it easier to watch the TV you love.
For that reason, you should look for the recorded special on Peacock rather than searching for a current “live stream tonight.” A live-TV replacement service is not needed to access the existing Peacock replay.
Which Peacock plan do you need?
Peacock’s current plan information identifies Premium as the ad-supported tier that includes TV shows, movies, live sports and events, and Peacock Originals. The price found during research was $10.99 per month or $109.99 per year, but Peacock’s pricing, promotions, taxes, and renewal terms can change. Check the official plan page immediately before subscribing.
The available information does not establish that a particular Peacock tier is permanently mandatory for this specific title. Confirm the playback page’s requirement when you open the program. Premium Plus offers fewer ads—with stated exclusions—and downloads for eligible content, but upgrading is not necessary merely to establish the basic route to the special unless Peacock specifically says otherwise.
Peacock describes its plans as cancel-anytime. Even so, check whether your price is promotional, when it renews, and what cancellation deadline applies before starting a subscription. Do not assume that the special is free or that a free trial is available unless Peacock shows that offer directly.

What devices can play Peacock?
Peacock lists support for a wide range of devices, including:
- Fire TV devices running Fire OS 6 or later
- Supported Roku devices, including certain Roku Streaming Stick models
- Apple TV
- Android TV, Google TV, and Chromecast
- Compatible Samsung, LG, Vizio, Hisense, and other smart TVs
- PlayStation and Xbox consoles
- Windows and Mac computers through a web browser
- Supported iPhone, iPad, and Android mobile devices
Exact model and operating-system requirements vary. If you already own a compatible smart TV, computer, phone, game console, Roku, or other supported device, you do not need to buy additional hardware.
If your television does not support Peacock
An optional streaming stick can add app access to a compatible television with an available HDMI port. A Fire TV Stick 4K is one possible choice because Peacock lists Fire TV as a supported platform. A supported Roku Streaming Stick is another option for viewers who prefer Roku.
Neither device is required for everyone. Before buying one, check whether your television already has a Peacock app, whether you own another supported player, and whether the device is compatible with your TV and home network.

Why the Peacock version may be worth choosing
The Grand Ole Opry says the Peacock version includes an extended ending that was not included in the original NBC broadcast because of timing. The additional ending includes more participation from Opry members and a rendition of “Will the Circle Be Unbroken.”

That makes the on-demand version more than simply a way to replay the network broadcast. However, the article’s availability information comes from official program materials, not from independent playback testing, and the extended version should not be assumed to remain available indefinitely if Peacock changes the title’s presentation.
What is in the special?
The program celebrates 100 years of the Grand Ole Opry and is hosted by Blake Shelton. Official Opry and Peacock materials identify a broad lineup of country performers and guests, including Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Post Malone, Randy Travis, Trisha Yearwood, Vince Gill, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Jelly Roll, Amy Grant, The War and Treaty, and others.
Official retrospective material also highlights performances or tributes involving Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis, Ashley McBryde and Terri Clark, and an all-cast closing performance. These are program highlights from the official descriptions, not a claim of independent or first-hand viewing.
Availability outside the United States
This viewing route is written for viewers in the United States. Peacock’s help information says the service is available in the United States and certain U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International viewers should not assume that Peacock or this specific program is available in their country; check the local streaming catalog and rights information.

What to do if you cannot find the program
- Search Peacock directly. Use the exact title, Opry 100: A Live Celebration, rather than relying only on a general web search.
- Check your account. Make sure you are signed in to the intended Peacock account and that its subscription is active.
- Confirm device support. Update the Peacock app and the device’s operating system where applicable. If the device is not supported, try a computer browser or another listed platform.
- Check availability in your location. Peacock’s catalog can differ by territory, and the United States is the confirmed market covered here.
- Check the plan shown at playback. If Peacock presents an upgrade requirement, review the current plan details instead of assuming that Premium Plus is always necessary.
- Check your connection. Peacock recommends at least 3 Mbps for general viewing and at least 8 Mbps for certain high-quality live events and ultra-high-definition content. Those are platform recommendations, not a guarantee of playback quality for this particular special.
If the title remains unavailable after those checks, it may have moved within Peacock’s catalog or temporarily left the service. Recheck Peacock’s current listing before paying for another streaming service.
Do you need a live-TV streaming service?
No—not for the current replay. NBC was the original television network, but the live event occurred on March 19, 2025, and the official current viewing route identified for the special is Peacock on demand.
A live-TV streaming service may become relevant for a future NBC special or a future live broadcast if that service carries NBC in your local market. That would be a separate decision and should not be presented as a requirement for watching Opry 100 today. The Grand Ole Opry also has separate live-show programming and radio or live-stream offerings, but those are not substitutes for this recorded television special.
