Choose the right Livepush dashboard
Sign in to Livepush and open the relevant Pre-recorded Live stream or dashboard from the home dashboard. This is the area for scheduled broadcasts made from prerecorded videos. It is different from the regular live-source multistreaming dashboard.
If you have not created a Pre-recorded Live stream yet, use Livepush’s separate setup guide: How to set up live streaming.
Add videos to the playlist
- Open the video controls. In the Pre-recorded Live dashboard, select Add Video. Depending on the current interface, the control may appear under a different label; an older Livepush guide calls it Upload Video under Scheduler Videos.
- Choose a source. Select video files from your device, or import them from Google Drive, Dropbox, or a downloadable web URL if those options are available in your dashboard.
- Complete the upload and add the videos. Wait for selected files to finish uploading, then click Add to Playlist if prompted. Confirm that each intended video appears in the playlist.
Livepush lists MP4, MOV, and MKV as supported formats and recommends MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio. Its product page says output can reach 4K resolution, with 30 or 60 FPS depending on plan; these are Livepush’s specifications, not independently tested results. Arrange and verify the playlist order
For a playlist with multiple videos, place them in the order you want viewers to see them. Livepush describes the queued videos as playing back-to-back as one continuous stream, so check the sequence before setting the schedule. The product page also says Livepush re-encodes playlist videos to common encoding parameters to reduce transition glitches from mismatched source encodings.
Schedule a single broadcast
- Make sure at least one video has been added to the playlist; Livepush will not schedule a new event without a video.
- From the Pre-recorded Live dashboard, choose Schedule For Later.
- Select the broadcast date and time, and check the time zone shown in the scheduling controls.
- Click Save Schedule. Older dashboard instructions use labels such as Create New Schedule and Save Event, so follow the equivalent controls visible in your account.
Livepush says the event starts automatically at the selected date and time. Its cloud-based broadcast does not require an encoder or computer to stay on after scheduling.

Make the playlist repeat continuously
A scheduled start and a repeating playlist are separate settings. If you want the videos to cycle rather than play once, turn on Loop Video in the Pre-recorded Live dashboard, then go live or schedule the start through Schedule For Later. Livepush says the playlist repeats until you manually stop it.
For continuous multi-video playlist streaming, Livepush’s Help Center says the feature is included with plans that have the 24/7 schedule channel. Decide which setup matches your goal

Troubleshoot common scheduling problems
- The schedule option will not proceed: Add at least one video to the Pre-recorded Live dashboard first.
- The wrong videos appear or play in the wrong sequence: Confirm the upload finished, add the selected files to the playlist, and review the order before scheduling.
- The stream plays once instead of repeating: Check that Loop Video is enabled. Scheduling alone does not make a playlist repeat.
- You cannot set up a continuous multi-video playlist: Check whether your current plan includes the 24/7 schedule channel; Livepush identifies that plan feature as necessary for multi-video playlist streaming.
- The controls do not match a help guide: Livepush’s older guide uses labels such as Upload Video, Scheduler Videos, Create New Schedule, and Save Event. Look for equivalent controls in the current dashboard rather than assuming the older wording is still present.
