To stream Jain stavan and devotional songs on YouTube around the clock, verify that your channel can go live, secure rights for every recording and the intended territories, then choose a streaming setup that can run continuously and recover from interruptions. YouTube scans live streams for third-party content, so even licensed music can be interrupted if the rights holder has not allowlisted your channel. YouTube’s guidance does not prescribe a 24/7 hardware setup or guarantee uninterrupted service.
1. Confirm your channel can livestream
YouTube says a channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Check your channel’s current eligibility before preparing a continuous broadcast. See YouTube’s live-streaming requirements and setup guidance.
2. Clear rights for every recording before you go live
Do not assume a recording is safe to broadcast because it is devotional, available online, purchased, or permitted for an ordinary video upload. YouTube’s terms place responsibility on the creator to hold the necessary rights for live content, including music licensing rights. Confirm that permission covers the actual recording, the live broadcast, and every territory where you intend to stream. Keep the relevant licenses and permissions on file. The terms are at YouTube’s livestream terms and conditions.
For each track, establish who controls the recording and the underlying composition, and ask the relevant rights holders or license provider whether the permission covers continuous live streaming. Do not treat permission for one version of a stavan as permission for another recording. The scope of any particular license depends on its terms; YouTube’s general guidance does not determine whether a specific license covers your music.

Plan for Content ID checks
YouTube states: “All live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, including copyrighted content in the form of another live broadcast.” A match can interrupt a stream. If you have licensed third-party music, YouTube advises asking the rights holder to add your channel to its allowlist; having permission does not itself ensure that automated checks will recognize it. Read YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.
- Get the rights holder’s allowlisting process and timing before scheduling the broadcast.
- Test with the intended recordings and confirm the channel is allowlisted where required.
- Keep contact details and license records accessible to whoever monitors the stream.
3. Choose how to send the stream
YouTube supports mobile, webcam, encoder, and console livestreaming. For a continuous music channel, an encoder-based setup is one option, but the right method depends on the production and how it will be operated. YouTube says encoders can support overlays and equipment such as preamps, microphones, and cameras; it recommends professional-grade hardware encoders for higher-production events. That recommendation does not mean dedicated encoder hardware is necessary for a simple devotional broadcast.

| Method | Useful when | Consideration for a continuous stream |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile | You need a portable setup and can operate the broadcast from a phone. | Plan how the device will remain powered, connected, and monitored; YouTube’s guidance does not compare mobile reliability for 24/7 use. |
| Webcam | You are streaming directly through a computer-based live interface. | The computer and connection must remain available for the duration of the broadcast. |
| Encoder | You want more production controls or to connect audio and video equipment. | Choose software or hardware suitable for your setup and plan for unattended operation and recovery. |
| Console | Your stream originates from a supported console workflow. | Confirm that the method fits a music-focused continuous broadcast; the reviewed YouTube guidance does not specify 24/7 console operation. |
These are supported streaming methods, not a YouTube ranking for nonstop use. The official guidance does not specify a required bitrate, resolution, keyframe interval, equipment configuration, or uptime target for a 24/7 Jain devotional stream; check the instructions for your chosen encoder and live interface instead of assuming one universal configuration.
4. Prepare and test the broadcast
- Verify and open the live interface. Confirm the channel meets YouTube’s eligibility requirements, then prepare the stream in YouTube Studio or the relevant live interface.
- Connect the chosen method. If using an encoder, set it up ahead of the planned start rather than waiting until the broadcast is due to begin.
- Preview before going public. Check the stream from the channel and watch pages, and on mobile devices. Listen for continuous, clear audio and check that the picture and any titles or overlays appear as intended.
- Confirm rights and allowlisting. Verify that the recordings are covered for the intended live use and that the channel has been allowlisted by rights holders where needed.
- Start with an operator present. Monitor the initial broadcast and confirm that the sound, connection, and playback remain stable before relying on the continuous schedule.
YouTube’s encoder tips recommend advance setup, previewing, checking access from channel and watch pages and mobile devices, and monitoring audio and video quality. Those checks are useful for this format, but they are not a published guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

5. Plan for continuous operation and interruptions
A 24/7 schedule needs an operating plan beyond the initial YouTube setup. The reviewed YouTube guidance does not publish a 24/7-specific operating procedure or prescribe required hardware. Decide how your particular setup will handle the following practical needs:
- Power: Keep the streaming device and relevant audio equipment powered for the planned run.
- Connectivity: Assess the stability of the connection used by the streaming setup and decide who will respond if it fails.
- Audio continuity: Check that playback does not stop between tracks or playlists and that volume remains appropriate.
- Monitoring: Assign someone to check that the public stream is still live and playing correctly.
- Recovery: Decide who will restart or reconfigure the stream after a device, network, or YouTube interruption, and how quickly they can act.
- Rights response: Keep rights documentation and the relevant owner’s contact or allowlisting process available in case a Content ID match interrupts the stream.
These are implementation decisions for the operator, not universal YouTube requirements. Test the actual equipment, connection, music, and recovery process you intend to use.
