To stream Bengali Christian worship recordings on YouTube around the clock, send YouTube Live a continuous feed from an encoder configured to repeat recordings you have permission to rebroadcast. A YouTube playlist URL by itself is not the documented way to create a live stream. First enable live streaming, create an encoder stream in YouTube Studio, add its stream key to your encoder, and test the looping program before launch.
What you need for a 24/7 worship stream
YouTube Live receives a live feed from an encoder: software running on a computer or a standalone hardware encoder. Your encoder must play the cleared recordings repeatedly and send the resulting audio and video to YouTube. - A YouTube channel with live streaming enabled.
- An encoder and a source configured to repeat the recordings.
- A stable internet connection with sufficient upload capacity.
- Permission for both the recording and the underlying music, for live rebroadcast in the territories where the stream can be watched.
YouTube describes software and standalone hardware encoders, but its cited guidance does not establish a universal minimum computer specification. Choose a setup that can play your media continuously, maintain the connection, and be monitored; test the actual equipment and network you intend to use.
Confirm channel access and music rights first
Enable live streaming in advance
Check live access in YouTube Studio before announcing a start time. YouTube says first-time activation can take up to 24 hours. Its live-stream tips say the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the preceding 90 days. Clear the composition and the recording
A Bengali worship recording can involve separate rights in the musical composition and in the particular sound recording. Obtain permission that covers live streaming and the territories in which the broadcast will be available. Being able to play a song on YouTube, finding it publicly viewable, or seeing it described as “free” does not establish permission to rebroadcast it.

Prepare for Content ID checks
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. If it detects a match, it may replace the live image with a placeholder, issue a warning, interrupt the stream, or terminate it. Even when you have a license, an interruption may still occur unless the relevant rights owner adds your channel to its Content ID allowlist. YouTube’s music guidance identifies public-domain music and music used with the copyright owner’s permission as copyright-safe categories; a “free” label in a description does not prevent a Content ID claim. Set up and start the repeating live stream
- Enable access: In YouTube Studio, check that the channel can go live. Complete verification or any activation steps YouTube requests, and allow for the possible first-time activation delay.
- Create the encoder stream: In YouTube Studio, open Go Live and create or schedule a stream using an encoder. Copy the stream URL and stream key shown in the Live Control Room. Follow YouTube’s encoder setup instructions if labels or screens differ.
- Protect the key: Enter the stream URL and key in your encoder’s YouTube destination settings. Treat the key like a password: anyone with access to it may be able to send a feed to your stream. Do not post it in a public description, chat, or screenshot.
- Build the program: Select only recordings cleared for this use and configure your encoder’s media source or playlist to repeat them. The repeat-source setup depends on the encoder you choose; YouTube’s setup guide does not endorse a particular playlist application. Do not rely on a YouTube playlist URL as the encoder’s live source.
- Use compatible output settings: YouTube recommends RTMPS where supported. Its encoder guidance lists H.264, H.265/HEVC, and AV1 video; AAC or MP3 audio; constant bitrate encoding; and a two-second keyframe interval, not exceeding four seconds. - Test before launch: Run a test using representative audio and video, inspect the Live Control Room preview and stream health, then check sound and playback on the watch page. - Start and monitor: Start the encoder and confirm that YouTube receives the feed before sharing the watch link. Keep an eye on encoder playback, network status, stream health, and audio/video quality during the broadcast.
Plan for network capacity, dropouts, and archives
Leave upload headroom
YouTube recommends keeping upload bandwidth headroom of 20% and warns that network disruptions can break a stream. Make sure your available upload capacity can support the encoder’s chosen bitrate with room to spare; a connection that barely meets the bitrate target is more vulnerable to interruptions. Decide how you will recover
Monitor both the encoder and the connection. A 24/7 broadcast depends on the source continuing to play and on the feed continuing to reach YouTube; the platform’s recommended settings do not guarantee 24/7 uptime. Confirm how your chosen encoder handles a lost connection or stopped media source, and decide who will check and restart it if needed.
Do not count on one full-day replay
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. That statement does not promise a single complete archive for a 24/7 stream. If you need a record of the entire program, arrange a separate recording or use shorter sessions, and verify the replay result rather than assuming the all-day broadcast will be preserved as one video.
