To repeat a Marathi song playlist while you watch it on YouTube, open a playlist video and turn on Loop in the playlist panel. That repeats playback; it does not broadcast the songs as a YouTube Live stream. To broadcast, you need to create a live stream in YouTube Studio and send it through an encoder—and you must have the rights to stream the music.
Repeat a Marathi playlist while watching YouTube
YouTube’s playlist Loop control repeats the playlist during ordinary playback. Its location and wording may vary by device or interface version.
On a computer or mobile device
- Open a video in the Marathi song playlist.
- Expand the playlist panel beside the player.
- Select Loop. The playlist will repeat continuously.
On a TV or gaming console
- Open the playlist and its playback controls.
- Choose Repeat • Playlist.
YouTube documents these playback controls for repeating a playlist. They control what plays for a viewer; they do not create a live broadcast.
Can you play a YouTube playlist as a live stream?
Not by turning on playlist Loop. For an actual broadcast, create a live stream in YouTube Studio and send a live feed to YouTube using an encoder. YouTube’s encoder setup instructions describe both software encoders and standalone hardware encoders. The stream key connects your encoder to the stream, so keep it private and do not share it publicly.

Choose an encoder approach
- Software encoder: Runs on a computer. It avoids buying a dedicated encoding device, but the computer and connection must remain available while you broadcast.
- Standalone hardware encoder: A dedicated device can send the feed to YouTube. It adds hardware and setup; it is not required just to repeat songs.
YouTube documents both categories, but no specific model or compatibility recommendation is established here. Consult the encoder maker’s instructions and YouTube’s current setup guidance for the device you choose.
Before your first broadcast
YouTube says live streaming requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the past 90 days. First-time activation may take up to 24 hours, according to its encoder guide. Check the current YouTube live-streaming eligibility requirements and encoder instructions before scheduling a broadcast, especially if you have not streamed from the channel before.

Check music rights before going live
A song being available to play on YouTube does not, by itself, grant permission to rebroadcast it in a live stream. YouTube says live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content. If a match is identified, YouTube may replace the stream with a placeholder, warn you to stop using the content, or interrupt or terminate the stream if it continues. See YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.
If you have a license for third-party music, that still may not prevent an interruption: YouTube says the rights holder may need to add your channel to its Content ID allowlist. Confirm that your permission covers live streaming and ask the relevant rights holder about allowlisting before you broadcast. YouTube’s livestream terms place responsibility on the provider to have the necessary rights, including applicable music licensing rights.
