There is no supported native Pornhub Roku channel identified in Roku’s current guidance. Roku says adult channels are not supported on its streaming platform. The practical options are to open the site on an Android phone, Windows PC, iPhone, iPad, or Mac and mirror or AirPlay the screen to a compatible Roku. An HDMI cable is the most dependable fallback.
Can you install Pornhub directly on Roku?
Roku’s current platform guidance says adult channels are not supported. Roku’s Streaming Store is the official place to search for and install public channels, but you should not expect a supported native Pornhub option there.
Be wary of websites promising a secret Pornhub channel code, private-channel installation, APK, sideloading method, or “activation” tool. These are not official Roku solutions and may expose your Roku account, device, or network to unnecessary risk. Channel availability can also vary by country because of local laws and distribution agreements, so the store is useful only for checking whether Roku’s official catalog has changed in your region.
The methods below display Pornhub from another device; they do not install the website on Roku or provide a Roku-remote browsing experience.

What you need first
- A Roku TV or streaming player that supports the mirroring method you plan to use.
- An Android phone or tablet, Windows 10/11 PC, iPhone/iPad, or Mac with a current browser.
- The Roku and source device on the same Wi-Fi network for wireless methods.
- Updated Roku software and source-device software where possible.
- An HDMI cable and any necessary computer adapter if wireless playback fails.
Find the Roku model and software at Settings > System > About. Roku says most current players and Roku TV models support screen mirroring, with model-specific exceptions. AirPlay is also model- and software-dependent; check Roku’s AirPlay compatibility list before relying on it.
Android: mirror the browser to Roku
- Connect the Android device and Roku to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open Chrome or another browser, visit Pornhub, and prepare the video.
- Pull down the notification or Quick Settings panel.
- Tap the screen-sharing control. Samsung calls it Smart View; other phones may use Screen Cast, Wireless Display, Display Mirroring, Cast, AllShare Cast, SmartShare, or a similar name.
- Select the Roku, then approve the request on the television with the Roku remote.
Roku’s documented Samsung route is to pull down the status bar, tap Smart View, choose the Roku, and follow the on-screen prompt. Exact labels vary by manufacturer.
Roku says Android 10 and later generally support screen mirroring, but compatibility is model-specific and Google-branded devices such as Pixel or Nexus phones can be exceptions. If the Roku never appears, check the phone maker’s support documentation or use a computer and HDMI instead.

After connection, control playback from the Android device. The phone must remain awake and powered on, and the entire screen—including notifications, browser controls, and incoming messages—can appear on the television.
Windows 11: use wireless display
- Put the PC and Roku on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open a browser and visit Pornhub.
- Press Win + K.
- Choose Connect to a wireless display, then select the Roku.
- Approve the connection on the TV and start or resume playback in the browser.
The PC must support wireless-display functionality. Corporate, school, guest, or client-isolated Wi-Fi can prevent discovery. Wireless display duplicates the computer screen, so browser tabs and notifications may be visible.
Windows 10: connect from Action Center
- Connect the PC and Roku to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open Pornhub in a browser.
- Open the Windows Action Center and select Connect.
- Choose the Roku from the wireless display list and approve the request on the TV.
If Connect is unavailable, try Start > Settings > System > Display > Connect to a wireless display. If the PC lacks compatible wireless-display hardware or the connection is unstable, HDMI is usually more reliable.

iPhone and iPad: use AirPlay
iPhone and iPad instructions differ from Roku’s Android/Windows mirroring process: they generally use AirPlay.

- Put the Apple device and Roku on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open Pornhub in Safari or another browser and start playback.
- Tap the video’s AirPlay button if one is available, then choose the Roku.
- If the player has no AirPlay button, open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring, and select the Roku.
Roku lists support for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 12.3 or later. Many compatible Roku devices require Roku OS 9.4 or later, while newer Roku Select and Plus Series TVs have additional support. Not every Roku stick or TV supports AirPlay, so verify the exact model in Roku’s compatibility table.
Mac: mirror with AirPlay
- Connect the Mac and Roku to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open Pornhub in Safari, Chrome, or another browser.
- Open the Mac Control Center and select Screen Mirroring.
- Choose the compatible Roku and approve the request if prompted.
- Return to the browser and play the video.
Roku lists Mac support from macOS Mojave 10.14.5 or later on compatible Roku hardware. If AirPlay is unavailable or produces a black screen, connect the Mac directly to the TV with HDMI.

HDMI: the dependable fallback
- Connect a Windows laptop or Mac to the television with an HDMI cable (and a suitable USB-C, Thunderbolt, or other adapter if needed).
- Switch the TV to the matching HDMI input.
- Open Pornhub on the computer and play the video.
- Use the computer’s display settings to duplicate or extend the desktop if necessary.
This bypasses Roku’s app platform; the browser runs on the computer and the TV acts as an external display. It is especially useful with incompatible Android phones, non-AirPlay Roku models, weak Wi-Fi, or unreliable wireless discovery.

Troubleshooting
Roku does not appear
- Confirm both devices use the same non-guest Wi-Fi network.
- Disable client isolation or guest-network separation if your router uses it.
- Make sure the Roku is powered on and online.
- Update Roku and the source device, then restart both.
- Check that the Roku model supports screen mirroring or AirPlay and that the source device supports the required protocol.
Android has no Smart View or mirroring button
Search Quick Settings for Cast, Screen Cast, Wireless Display, or a manufacturer-specific name. Pixel and some other Google-branded devices may not support Roku’s documented mirroring path. Use a Windows or Mac computer with HDMI if necessary. Avoid random casting APKs; Roku recommends using its official mobile app rather than third-party remote-control apps.
AirPlay is missing
Check Settings > Apple AirPlay and HomeKit on the Roku, verify the model and Roku OS version, and confirm the same Wi-Fi network. Try Control Center > Screen Mirroring instead of the browser’s AirPlay button. If the Roku is not compatible, use HDMI.

The picture is black, freezes, or disconnects
- Stop mirroring or AirPlay and reconnect.
- Restart the Roku and source device.
- Try another browser and temporarily disable unnecessary extensions or content blockers.
- Keep the phone or laptop awake and charging.
- Reduce Wi-Fi congestion or move closer to the router.
- Switch to HDMI.
Some browsers and websites do not handle AirPlay or wireless mirroring consistently. Screen mirroring can also fail when the source device sleeps or battery-saving settings suspend the browser.
Privacy and safety
- Use a private home network rather than public Wi-Fi.
- Enable Do Not Disturb and close unrelated tabs before mirroring.
- Remember that notifications, messages, and browser controls can appear on the TV.
- Avoid saving credentials on a shared computer; use a separate browser profile or private session if appropriate.
- Do not install unofficial Roku channels, unknown APKs, browser extensions, or tools requesting Roku credentials.
- Follow local law, platform rules, and applicable age requirements.

The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Do not look for a secret Pornhub Roku code or a guaranteed native channel. Mirror from Android or Windows, use AirPlay from a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and choose HDMI when wireless methods or Roku compatibility get in the way.
