Yes—but “free” usually means Peacock Premium is included at no additional charge with a qualifying membership, internet plan, TV package, or streaming bundle. You generally cannot get a free standalone Peacock subscription simply by signing up on Peacock. There is also an important financial distinction: Peacock may cost you nothing in addition to a service you already have, but buying an expensive internet, television, grocery-delivery, or streaming package solely to obtain Peacock is not genuinely free. The sensible test is whether you would want the qualifying service anyway.
The current ways to get Peacock Premium included
1. Instacart+ members in the United States
For eligible U.S. members, Instacart+ is one of the clearest routes to included Peacock Premium. Instacart’s help documentation says active Instacart+ members can receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost while they remain eligible and while the benefit is available under the current promotion.
Instacart+ trial members may also qualify during a 14-day or 30-day trial. Instacart says trial redemptions can be subject to daily limits. If the trial converts to a paid Instacart+ membership, Peacock access may continue under the then-current benefit terms.
To look for the offer:
- Open the Instacart app or website and go to the Instacart+ membership area.
- Find “Unlock special offers.”
- Select the Peacock offer.
- Continue to Peacock and sign in to an existing Peacock account or create one.
Only the family-account owner may be able to activate the benefit. Additional users on a family account should not assume they qualify independently. A current Peacock subscription billed directly by Peacock may need to be canceled and allowed to expire before the Instacart benefit can be activated. Check the Instacart membership and promotional-offer instructions shown for your account.

2. Xfinity membership rewards
Xfinity identifies Diamond and Platinum members as eligible for Peacock Premium at no additional cost. Xfinity membership eligibility can be connected to qualifying services such as Xfinity Internet, Xfinity TV, postpaid NOW products, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Voice, or Xfinity Home.

That does not mean every Xfinity customer automatically receives Peacock. The account must show the applicable membership level, reward, or offer. Sign in to your Xfinity account and look for the Peacock benefit rather than relying on a general advertisement or an offer reported by another customer.

3. Xfinity Gigabit internet offers
Xfinity also advertises Peacock Premium at no additional charge for customers with Gigabit speeds or higher. The current offer is described as lasting for a limited period—typically two or three years depending on the offer attached to the account.
Do not assume that “up to three years” applies to every Gigabit customer. The exact duration, activation deadline, and expiration date can vary. After activation, record the end date shown in your Xfinity account and check whether the offer requires any action when it expires.
This route can make sense for an existing or prospective Xfinity customer who needs Gigabit internet for other reasons. It is not a good bargain if the only goal is to obtain Peacock, because the internet service remains a paid product.

These are bundles, not free Peacock subscriptions. Consider them if you want the other channels or streaming services too. Buying a television package only to avoid Peacock’s standalone price will often cost more than subscribing directly.

5. Eligible Spectrum TV Select packages
Peacock says eligible Spectrum TV customers may activate Peacock Premium with ads at no additional cost through qualifying TV Select packages. The benefit is package-specific, so being a Spectrum customer by itself is not enough.
Check your current Spectrum package or account before assuming you qualify. Package names, availability, and promotional terms can change. If you are considering Spectrum TV anyway, confirm that the exact package includes Peacock before purchasing or changing service.

How to activate an included Peacock benefit without creating a second bill
- Identify the exact tier. Confirm that the offer says Peacock Premium, usually with ads, rather than Premium Plus.
- Start at the qualifying provider. Use the Instacart, Xfinity, or Spectrum account portal where the benefit is displayed. Avoid unofficial coupon pages and social-media links.
- Check how your existing Peacock account is billed. A direct Peacock subscription, Apple or Google subscription, Roku billing, Amazon billing, or another third-party subscription may need to be canceled through that billing company.
- Do not cancel blindly. Some providers require the paid subscription to reach its expiration date before the included benefit can be connected. Read the provider’s instructions so you do not lose remaining paid access unnecessarily.
- Complete the account linking. Sign in with the Peacock account you want to use, or create one when prompted.

What happens if you already pay for Peacock?
The answer depends on the billing source and the provider’s activation rules. A direct Peacock subscription may need to be canceled and allowed to expire before an Instacart or Spectrum benefit can be activated. Peacock says a directly billed subscription may sometimes be handled at the next billing cycle for a qualifying Spectrum activation, but overlapping periods generally do not produce refunds or credits.
Third-party billing is more complicated. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or another company bills you, cancel through that company—not necessarily through Peacock. Keep using the paid subscription until its term ends if the instructions require that, then activate the included benefit using the same Peacock account.

Unofficial codes, shared accounts, and APK downloads
Avoid “free Peacock Premium APK” files, unauthorized streams, shared logins, and coupon codes from unverified sources. They can expose you to malware, account theft, unexpected billing, copyright problems, or account suspension. Use the activation link inside the qualifying provider’s own account area.
Do you need a new streaming device?
