3. Read the title page before trying to play
A title page can show a synopsis, descriptive details, and a Watch Movie action. Read the synopsis for the educational subject, people being followed, location, and production context. The presence of a result in the catalog means Eros Now has a listing for it; it does not establish that the title is licensed for your country, included in your plan, or playable on your account.
4. Save promising titles
Eros Now’s help information says an account is required to add a title to the Watchlist. Saving a documentary is useful when you are comparing several results or waiting to confirm access, but it does not change licensing or subscription requirements.

How can I watch Portrait of Many Faces?
Follow this sequence so you test availability before committing to a subscription.

Why might a documentary be listed but unavailable?
Streaming catalogs are assembled from territory-specific rights. Eros Now states that title owners’ licensing conditions and video-protection requirements can prevent some titles from playing. A listing therefore answers “Does Eros Now have a catalog entry?” but not necessarily “Can this account stream it here?”

A practical TV setup sequence
- Confirm that your exact TV or streaming device appears in Eros Now’s supported-device information and that the app is offered in your regional store.
- Install the official Eros Now app or use the supported casting route for your device.
- Sign in with the account that has the active plan, if a subscription is required.
- Search for Portrait of Many Faces or another documentary by title.
- Open the result and verify that Watch Movie is available on that device before settling in to watch.
Are subtitles, HD and downloads available?
Eros Now’s help center says Premium includes HD streaming and that English and Arabic subtitles are available for most movies. It does not confirm subtitles specifically for Portrait of Many Faces. Check the player’s language menu after opening the title rather than assuming that the general subtitle statement applies to this documentary.

The Eros Now Apple App Store listing describes search, genre selection, Premium catalog access, HD playback, downloads, and Watchlist features. App-store descriptions, plan features, device support, and download availability can differ by region and change over time. The listing should be treated as a description of the app, not as title-specific confirmation that every documentary can be downloaded or that every feature is enabled in every market.
What payment and account details should I check?
Eros Now lists web card payment and app-store payment, while noting that available options depend on the viewer’s country. Before confirming a subscription, review the checkout screen for:
- the currency and total amount charged;
- the billing interval and renewal wording;
- taxes or other charges shown for your location;
- the cancellation or account-management route;
- whether the plan is being purchased on the web or through an app store.
Do not assume that a web subscription and an app-store subscription have identical prices, renewal dates, or cancellation controls. Keep the confirmation email or store receipt so you know which billing channel manages the plan.

The title appears in search, but Watch Movie does not start
Sign in, reopen the title, and check whether the account is on the plan required for full movies. If a regional or rights message appears, record it and check Eros Now’s current help information; changing devices will not normally remove a territory restriction.
The documentary plays on one device but not another
Compare the failing device with Eros Now’s supported-device list. Update the official app through the relevant store, sign in again, and test the title from its listing. If the exact model is not listed, use a supported computer, mobile app, or streaming device rather than assuming that an older smart-TV app will work.

Subtitles are missing
Open the player’s language or subtitle controls and check again after playback begins. Eros Now’s general statement covers most movies, not every title. If no English or Arabic option is shown for this documentary, the general Premium feature description is not enough to establish title-level subtitle support.
The app or payment option is not visible
Regional app stores and payment methods differ. Check the country selected by your device account and the payment choices displayed on Eros Now’s own checkout page. Avoid paying through an unrelated storefront that does not clearly identify the Eros Now subscription and its renewal terms.
