You can run Kannada MP3s as a 24/7 YouTube livestream by sending them through an encoder as the audio in a continuous audiovisual feed. First clear the rights to every recording and composition; then enable livestreaming, create a stream in YouTube Live Control Room, connect an encoder with your stream URL and key, and test its preview. An MP3 on its own is not a complete live video stream.
Before you start: confirm the music rights
Having an MP3 file does not give you permission to rebroadcast it. YouTube’s livestream terms say the person providing live content warrants having the necessary worldwide rights, including music licensing rights from artists, record labels, publishers (including public-performance licenses), and other royalty participants. Read YouTube’s livestream terms and confirm that your permissions cover the sound recordings and compositions, the territories where you will broadcast, and any archive or replay.
Requirements depend on who owns the rights and where the stream is available. Do not assume that buying a song from a consumer music store, or possessing a copy, permits livestreaming it. No particular Kannada licensing provider is established here as suitable for this use.
What you need for the stream
- A YouTube channel eligible to livestream: it must be verified and have no livestreaming restriction in the previous 90 days. First-time livestream enablement can take up to 24 hours. See YouTube’s livestreaming eligibility guidance.
- MP3 files you have the necessary broadcast rights to use.
- An encoder that can send a continuous audiovisual feed to YouTube. Your MP3 supplies the audio; pair it with a still image or designed visual that you have rights to use.
- A stable internet connection with enough upload capacity for the full outgoing stream bitrate, plus headroom.
YouTube’s encoder guidance accepts AAC or MP3 audio. For stereo, it recommends 44.1 kHz sample rate and 128 kbps audio bitrate. Consult YouTube’s encoder settings for current requirements and supported configurations.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Set up and start the livestream
- Enable livestreaming. In YouTube Studio, start the livestreaming enablement process for your channel. If this is your first time, allow up to 24 hours for activation; check that the channel meets YouTube’s eligibility requirements.
- Create the broadcast. Open YouTube Studio and go to Create > Go live to open Live Control Room. Create or schedule a stream and set its title, description, visibility, and other details.
- Get the connection details. In Live Control Room, locate the stream URL (server URL) and stream key. YouTube describes the key as password-like: keep it private, and do not show it in a screenshot or on the stream.
- Configure the encoder. Select the YouTube/RTMP or RTMPS destination as supported by your encoder, then enter the stream URL and key. Add the Kannada MP3 playlist as the audio source and a rights-cleared still or visual as the video source. Set audio to MP3 or AAC; for stereo, use YouTube’s recommended 44.1 kHz and 128 kbps as a starting point.
- Check bandwidth and output. Compare the encoder’s total outgoing bitrate with the connection’s available upload bandwidth. YouTube recommends 20% upload-bandwidth headroom above the stream’s total bitrate. A wired Ethernet connection can be a useful option, but it does not guarantee an uninterrupted stream. See YouTube’s streaming tips.
- Test the preview before going public. Start the encoder and confirm that Live Control Room receives the feed, shows the intended visual and audio, and reports healthy stream status. Fix any errors before starting the public broadcast.
- Go live and monitor it. Start the broadcast from Live Control Room when the preview is ready. Keep an eye on stream health and the encoder: network disruptions can interrupt the feed.
YouTube’s step-by-step instructions for connecting an encoder are in its encoder setup guide.
Plan the playlist and the 24-hour operation
Load the rights-cleared MP3s into the encoder’s playlist or playback arrangement, and check that it repeats continuously rather than stopping after the last track. Test a full pass through the sequence, including transitions and the visual feed. The exact playlist controls depend on the encoder you choose; YouTube’s setup guide lists third-party verified encoders, but does not establish a current price, reliability ranking, or 24/7 service guarantee for a particular vendor.

A continuous broadcast also depends on the encoder device, its power, its software, and the network staying available. Test the complete setup before relying on it for an extended run. YouTube warns that network disruption can break a stream, so bandwidth headroom and monitoring reduce risk but cannot promise continuity.
Will YouTube save the entire 24-hour stream?
YouTube’s cited encoder setup guide says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. That does not promise one complete replay for a 24-hour broadcast. Do not advertise a full 24-hour archive unless you have confirmed YouTube’s current behavior for your stream; keep a separate rights-cleared recording if you need a dependable copy. Check YouTube’s encoder setup guidance.
