Cancel Hoichoi through the company that billed you: contact Hoichoi for direct billing, use Google Play for an Android purchase, or use Apple Subscriptions for an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or iTunes purchase. Uninstalling the app does not stop renewal. Cancellation normally turns off the next charge while access continues through the paid billing period.
First, identify who bills you
Do not begin by deleting Hoichoi or logging out. Find the subscription record first, because the billing platform controls cancellation.

Search your email for “Hoichoi,” “Google Play,” “Apple,” and “iTunes.” Compare those receipts with the merchant descriptor on your bank or card statement. In Hoichoi, mobile users can open the account icon and select My Account; on the website, open My Hoichoi, then Settings. Those areas show plan information, billing history, and the next billing date, according to Hoichoi’s help guidance (Hoichoi subscription details).
Cancel a subscription billed directly by Hoichoi
Hoichoi’s current help article directs direct-billed customers to contact its Customer Happiness team rather than promising a universal self-service cancel button. Hoichoi’s terms list [email protected] for cancellation requests and say you will be notified by email (Hoichoi terms).

- Sign in and record your registered email or phone number, plan, and next billing date.
- Email Hoichoi support and clearly request that recurring billing or auto-renewal be canceled.
- Include the account details and, if requested, your reason for cancellation.
- Ask for written confirmation that no further renewal will be made.
- Save the reply or ticket number, then check the account status again before the next billing date.
You can use this template:
Subject: Request to cancel Hoichoi subscription renewal Please cancel the auto-renewal of my Hoichoi subscription. Registered email/phone: Current plan: Next billing date: Reason for cancellation: Please confirm in writing that no further renewal charge will be made.
The help article and terms describe slightly different contact details, so treat written support confirmation as your proof rather than assuming a visible Cancel Subscription button exists.
Cancel Hoichoi through Google Play
These menu labels reflect Google’s documented flow as of August 18, 2026; wording can vary by Android version, region, and account.
- Open Google Play while signed in to the Google Account that paid for Hoichoi.
- Open Subscriptions.
- Select Hoichoi.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Complete the on-screen questions and confirmation.
You can also use Android Settings: Settings → Google → Manage your Google Account → Payments & subscriptions → Manage subscriptions → Hoichoi → cancel. Google should display a canceled status or an expiration date; save a screenshot or confirmation email (Google Play cancellation instructions).
Uninstalling Hoichoi does not cancel a Google Play subscription. The subscription must be canceled in Google Play.

Cancel Hoichoi through Apple or iTunes
For an Apple-billed plan, cancel it in Apple Account settings, not through Hoichoi support. On an iPhone or iPad, use this path (labels checked August 18, 2026):
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Hoichoi.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If there is no Cancel Subscription button, or Apple shows an expiration message, Apple says the subscription is already canceled (Apple cancellation instructions).
Other Apple devices
- Mac: App Store → your name/account → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Hoichoi → Cancel Subscription.
- Windows PC or iTunes: Account → View My Account → Manage beside Subscriptions → Hoichoi → cancel.
- Online: Sign in to Apple’s account and subscription management tools.
Hoichoi specifically says iTunes purchases must be canceled through the iOS device or iTunes account. Deleting the app is not proof that an Apple subscription is canceled.
What happens after cancellation?
- Renewal: A successful cancellation or disabled auto-renewal should prevent the next normal renewal charge.
- Viewing access: Hoichoi says access remains available through the current paid billing period, and Google Play normally keeps a canceled subscription usable until that period ends (Hoichoi’s renewal guidance).
- Refund: Hoichoi’s published help guidance says subscriptions are non-refundable and that unused time is not refunded when you cancel (Hoichoi cancellation guidance).
- Reactivation: Hoichoi says you can reactivate or renew after the current plan expires, subject to the options then offered.
Keep the cancellation email, ticket, platform receipt, or expiration screen until the next billing date has passed.

If Hoichoi charged you again
- Identify the merchant that processed the charge: Hoichoi, Google Play, Apple, a carrier, or another provider.
- Compare the charge date with the time and date your cancellation was completed.
- Send the billing provider your account details, charge information, and cancellation proof.
- Request a refund separately if the provider’s policy allows it; cancellation alone does not create an automatic refund.
- If the charge is unauthorized or remains erroneous after contacting the merchant, follow your card issuer or payment provider’s dispute process.
A pending bank authorization is not always a completed charge. Do not rely solely on blocking a card or removing payment details; stop the subscription with the merchant or platform that controls it.
When Hoichoi is missing from subscription settings
Google Play does not list Hoichoi
Check every Google Account on the device. The plan may instead be direct-billed by Hoichoi, Apple-billed, already expired, or attached to a different Google profile. Google recommends checking other accounts when a subscription cannot be found (Google Play help).
Apple Subscriptions does not list Hoichoi
Search Apple email receipts, check other Apple Accounts and purchase history, and compare the bank statement. Apple says that no Apple receipt can indicate the subscription was purchased from another company (Apple subscription help).
The app tells you to contact support
An App Store developer response dated February 2025 reported support-directed cancellation for some users (Hoichoi App Store listing). Follow the billing-platform rule first: cancel Apple-billed plans in Apple Subscriptions, and contact Hoichoi for direct billing. Do not treat an app message as evidence that an Apple or Google renewal has been stopped.

Partner, bundle, or duplicate subscriptions
Hoichoi’s terms refer to payment gateways and third-party services, so a carrier or bundle provider may control your plan. Cancel with the merchant named on the statement. Also check Hoichoi, Google Play, and Apple separately if you suspect duplicate subscriptions; canceling one does not automatically cancel another.

Can I cancel by deleting the Hoichoi app?
No. App deletion does not establish that recurring billing is off. Use the billing platform’s cancellation controls.
Can Hoichoi support cancel an Apple-billed plan?
Apple manages Apple-billed renewals, so use Apple Account → Subscriptions. Hoichoi support is the route for direct Hoichoi billing.
Will cancellation erase my Hoichoi account?
No. Cancellation normally stops renewal; it is not the same as deleting the account, and access generally lasts through the paid period.

Can Apple or Google refund the payment?
They decide platform-billed refund requests under their own processes. Apple provides a refund request route at Apple’s refund page; Google provides refund guidance through Google Play’s refund policy. Approval is not guaranteed.
Can I reactivate later?
Hoichoi says a canceled plan can be reactivated or renewed after it expires, subject to the plans then available.
