These are different workflows. YouTube’s loop control repeats playlist contents; IRL Pro sends a broadcast to a destination; neither is documented as a tool for editing the other. If you mean a regular playlist, add the video to that playlist in YouTube, then enable Loop. If you mean an existing IRL Pro broadcast or a 24/7 stream, the available documentation does not establish exact steps for adding a video to that loop.

YouTube’s playlist and video repeat help, IRL Pro’s official site, and the distinct FizzyPeak 24/7 Loop documentation describe different functions. The steps below keep them separate.
If you mean a regular YouTube playlist
- Add the video to the playlist: use YouTube’s playlist controls to add the video to the playlist you want to repeat. The available YouTube Help material confirms repeat behavior, but does not specify the exact add-video steps or device-specific labels, so those may vary by interface.
- Play the playlist: open the playlist and start playback.
- Enable Loop: use the playlist’s Loop control. YouTube Help also explains how to repeat one video within a playlist when that is what you want.
Adding an item and repeating items are separate actions: turning on Loop will not place a new video in the playlist.
If you mean an IRL Pro livestream
IRL Pro is a broadcasting app, not a documented playlist manager. Its outgoing connection specifies where the broadcast goes; it does not establish that uploaded video items can be added to a YouTube playlist or an existing loop from inside the app.

A third-party setup guide describes preparing or selecting a live stream in YouTube Studio, then saving the RTMP URL together with the stream key as an outgoing IRL Pro connection. That is destination setup for a broadcast—not a method for adding videos to a playlist. Follow the current labels shown in your YouTube Studio and IRL Pro versions; the guide is not official IRL Pro support documentation.
If you mean an always-on prerecorded stream
FizzyPeak documents a separate 24/7 Loop feature with VOD loop and video playlist modes. That is a distinct prerecorded-stream service, not the YouTube playlist repeat control or IRL Pro’s broadcast-destination setting. Its documentation does not establish that arbitrary YouTube URLs can be added or give complete steps for modifying an existing loop. Check the service’s current supported source types and plan terms before changing an existing setup.
