Add /join to the end of your YouTube channel URL, then put the full link in the description of your always-on stream. For example: https://www.youtube.com/channel/CHANNEL_ID/join. Replace CHANNEL_ID with your channel’s actual ID. YouTube says this link goes directly to the channel’s membership window.
Before you add the link
Make sure channel memberships are enabled for your channel and that you have created a memberships offer. YouTube’s membership-promotion guidance applies once an offer exists: YouTube Help: Promote your YouTube channel’s memberships program.
Add the link to your 24/7 stream

Open your channel’s canonical YouTube URL. It may use a channel ID, such as
https://www.youtube.com/channel/CHANNEL_ID. -
Append
/jointo the end. The resulting pattern ishttps://www.youtube.com/channel/CHANNEL_ID/join. Use your own channel URL and ID, not the example placeholder. Open the always-on stream’s video details and paste the complete
/joinURL into its description. YouTube lists video descriptions as a place to promote channel memberships. -
Save the video details, then open the stream’s watch page as a viewer and check that the description displays the full link.

Where the link works—and what not to assume
The official membership guidance describes a channel-level /join URL and promotion in a video description. It does not specify a separate link format or setting for a 24/7 stream. The same link can be placed in the description of the stream video.
YouTube’s live-stream feature table distinguishes horizontal streams from vertical live feeds. It lists clickable links in chat and the channel description for horizontal streams, but not vertical live feeds; memberships are listed as supported in both formats. Put the membership URL in the video description rather than relying on chat-link clickability across formats. See YouTube Help: Live stream features.

If viewers cannot see the Join button
A missing Join button does not necessarily mean the link is wrong. YouTube lists several possible reasons: memberships may not be enabled on the channel, the viewer may be outside an available region, the video may be Made for Kids, the viewer’s platform may not show Join, or the watch page may be ineligible. YouTube gives certain music-partner-claimed videos as an example of an ineligible watch page. Share the direct /join URL and the channel homepage as alternatives; availability can still depend on the viewer, region, platform, and watch page.
