Smith did not directly inherit J. Howard Marshall’s fortune
Marshall’s will left his fortune to his son, E. Pierce Marshall. It did not leave a direct inheritance to Anna Nicole Smith. After Smith’s death, however, her estate continued pursuing claims connected with the long-running dispute over Marshall’s estate. Did Dannielynn inherit $3 million?
