Short answer: Rogers has previously advertised Crave as a TV add-on at $22 per month after two months free. That offer appeared in a Rogers Community listing dated October 4, 2024; Rogers has not published a current universal Crave add-on price on an indexed public page as of August 18, 2026. Your MyRogers checkout or written order confirmation is the only reliable price for your account.

The $22 figure should therefore be treated as a previously advertised regular rate, not a guaranteed price for every Rogers customer. Promotions can be targeted by account, province, market, package and contract status.

Ignite TV is now called Rogers Xfinity TV
Rogers formerly branded this television service Ignite TV and now uses Rogers Xfinity TV. Older remotes, account pages and support documents may still say Ignite, while newer sales and support pages use Xfinity TV. Rogers explains the naming on its TV channel-information page.

Is Crave included with every Rogers TV package?
No. Treat Crave as a premium add-on or separate subscription unless your specific package or promotion explicitly lists it. Rogers support documentation describes Crave on-demand access for customers who have an applicable Crave subscription; it does not establish that every Rogers Xfinity TV or legacy Ignite package includes Crave.
How to check your exact price in MyRogers
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- Open Usage & Services.
- Choose TV or Internet from the service selector.
- Select the option to upgrade or change your Rogers Xfinity Internet + TV package.
- Review the available premium channels or TV add-ons and select Crave if it is offered.
- Read the change summary and final order summary before submitting.
- Check the promotional end date, recurring monthly price, taxes, billing start date, partial-month charges and cancellation terms.

Other ways to add Crave
From the TV interface
If Crave appears as an eligible premium add-on on your television interface, you may be able to order it there. Rogers channel pages also describe adding eligible channels or theme packs through the TV interface, MyRogers or customer service. The exact option depends on your device and account, so do not assume voice ordering is available for Crave.

Through Rogers customer service
Ask for the recurring price after the promotion, not only the introductory offer. Have the representative state the promotional end date, taxes, one-time charges, billing start date and cancellation requirements, then request those terms in the written order summary.

What a Rogers-billed Crave add-on may provide
Live Crave channels
A Rogers channel-listing PDF places Crave 1 East HD, Crave 2 East HD, Crave 3 East HD and Crave 4 East HD on channels 265–268. The document is labelled for blueSky TV, so those numbers are market- and platform-specific, not a universal Rogers Xfinity lineup. Check your own guide.
On-demand programming
Rogers’ legacy HD Guide documentation says subscribers can find included Crave titles through the On Demand menu on compatible digital boxes. The menu path and catalogue can differ on newer Rogers Xfinity equipment.

Crave streaming-app access
Do not infer that a Rogers TV add-on automatically has the same tier, simultaneous streams, downloads, advertising configuration or login process as a direct Crave subscription. Confirm the entitlement and activation instructions during checkout.
What happens when the free period ends?
- Billing may begin automatically when the stated promotional period expires.
- Record the exact end date and recurring rate from your order confirmation.
- Check whether the add-on is month-to-month and whether cancellation affects only Crave or your wider TV package.
- Allow for the provider’s processing and billing rules; cancelling on the final day is not guaranteed to prevent a charge.
Rogers Crave versus subscribing directly to Crave
A direct Crave subscription can be preferable if you mainly watch on smart TVs, phones, tablets or computers, do not need live channels in a Rogers guide, or do not want to change a Rogers TV package. Rogers billing can be more convenient if you want one bill, Rogers remote integration and live-TV navigation.
Compare the annual cost rather than the headline monthly number. Include the Rogers promotional period, post-promotion price, taxes, required Rogers TV service, equipment or package changes, the direct Crave tier and the channels or streaming features each option provides. Current direct Crave pricing was not verified here, so use the live signup page at crave.ca/subscribe before comparing.

Common problems and fixes
Crave is not shown in MyRogers
Your account may be ineligible, on a legacy plan or equipment configuration, or offered Crave only through another package or representative-assisted change. Contact Rogers and request the regular recurring price after any promotion.
The quoted amount is different from $22
Use the final written order summary as the controlling record. Ask the representative to explain the recurring charge, promotional end date, taxes, one-time fees and any package change.
Channels are missing after ordering
- Confirm that the order completed.
- Restart or refresh the TV box.
- Check the correct regional guide.
- Verify that you bought linear channels rather than streaming-only access.
- Look in On Demand for included Crave programming.
- Contact Rogers if activation still has not completed.
You use an older box
Legacy Shaw/Rogers HD Guide instructions are not interchangeable with Rogers Xfinity TV instructions. Identify the platform before following remote or menu directions.

- Choose Rogers billing when live Crave channels, Rogers remote integration or one combined bill matter and the account-specific promotion is attractive.
- Choose direct Crave when you only need app-based streaming, want an independent streaming plan or do not already need Rogers TV service.
- Consider other bundles separately: Rogers advertises StreamSaver at $22 per month with select internet and mobile plans, including Netflix Standard with ads, Disney+ Standard with ads and Apple TV. It does not include Crave and is not a like-for-like substitute.
Bottom line
The best-supported Rogers figure is a previously advertised $22 per month after two free months, but that October 2024 offer is not proof of a universal August 2026 price. Check the Crave offer in MyRogers, read the complete order summary and save it before accepting. That document—not an old forum listing—determines your actual recurring charge, taxes, promotion expiry and cancellation terms.
