Spoiler-light answer: Deadpool & Wolverine has one traditional post-credits scene. A separate tribute montage plays during the credits, which is why some listings describe two pieces of extra footage.
How many end-credits scenes are there?
There is one conventional scene after the credits. The film also includes a montage during the credits, but it is not a second post-credits story scene.

What appears during the credits?
A tribute montage revisits behind-the-scenes material and clips connected to earlier 20th Century Fox Marvel films. It runs alongside the credits rather than as a conventional mid-credits plot scene.
What happens after the credits?
Deadpool appears at the TVA and shows footage concerning Johnny Storm, the Human Torch. It confirms that Johnny said the insults about Cassandra Nova that Deadpool repeated earlier, resolving their comic dispute rather than clearly setting up a future film.

- Marvel Studios presents their most significant mistake yet. His days as Deadpool behind him, a listless Wade Wilson toils away in civilian life. But when his homeworld is threatened, he reluctantly suits up as he tries to convince Wolverine? oh hell, just watch. Warning: Some flashing-lights scenes in this film may affect photosensitive viewers.
Why do some sources count two?
The difference is how they label the montage. Tech Advisor describes two additional scenes, counting material during the credits and the final scene; TheWrap distinguishes the tribute montage from a traditional mid-credits scene and describes one post-credits scene. The clearest count is one in-credits montage plus one post-credits scene.
