Bell does not have one universal Crave free trial. As of August 18, 2026, eligible Bell TV and Internet customers can receive credits covering the first two full 30-day billing periods. Bell’s general promotions page separately advertises Crave Mobile free for 24 months with an eligible Ultimate plan. However, Bell’s current dedicated Mobility page describes Crave Standard With Ads for eligible Max and Ultra smartphone plans without stating a fixed duration. Some Fibe TV packages include Crave Standard With Ads for as long as the qualifying bundle remains active.
Which answer applies depends on whether you have Bell TV/Internet, Bell Mobility, or a Fibe TV package. Check the exact offer in your order confirmation or MyBell before enrolling.

Bell’s pages are not perfectly synchronized, so do not assume that every Max, Ultra or Ultimate customer receives exactly the same duration.
Crave free with Bell TV or Internet
Bell’s standard home-service promotion is aimed at new eligible residential TV and Internet customers. In general, you must not have subscribed to the relevant channels during the previous 120 days, and paperless billing may be required. The offer is a billing credit, not necessarily a 60-day trial beginning on the installation date.

Bell says the credit applies to the first two complete 30-day billing periods. Your first bill can therefore show a Crave charge before the first full promotional period, depending on when service was activated. Taxes are extra, and the regular Crave price applies after the credits end. Cancelling or changing an eligible Bell service can remove the promotion or change the price.

Crave free with Bell Mobility
The 24-month Ultimate-plan wording
Bell’s general promotions page advertises Crave Mobile free for 24 months when you activate or upgrade to a new eligible Ultimate plan. The benefit depends on keeping the qualifying Mobility plan, and Bell says Crave Mobile stops after the promotional period.

Bell’s dedicated Mobility Crave offer currently uses different plan names: eligible Max and Ultra smartphone plans. It identifies the included service as Crave Standard With Ads, but refers only to the “promotional period” and does not publish a fixed number of free months. Access ends if you cancel the qualifying rate plan or switch to a non-eligible plan.
Because these pages use different plan names and durations, verify the offer shown at checkout, in your activation email or in MyBell. The Mobility benefit is accessed through the Crave app or crave.ca, not through a Bell TV receiver.
Is the included Crave ad-free?
Usually, no. Current Mobility and bundled Fibe TV offers specify Crave Standard With Ads, not Crave Premium. The ad-supported tier can have advertising, licensing-based title restrictions, no downloads and device limitations. Bell’s Mobility page also lists restrictions involving AirPlay, Roku, PS4, PS5 and some Fibe TV receivers, with video quality up to 1080p.

Crave Premium is a separate tier. Bell currently advertises a two-month credit for Premium with eligible Fibe TV and Internet bundles, but that is a different promotion from included Standard With Ads access. Confirm the exact tier before assuming “free Crave” means ad-free viewing.

Several current Fibe TV packages, including Starter and higher tiers, list Crave Standard With Ads as included. That is package inclusion, not a short standalone trial. Access generally depends on keeping the qualifying TV/Internet bundle active and remains subject to the bundle’s pricing, term, promotional guarantees and early-cancellation conditions.
Evaluate the total Bell bundle cost rather than treating the included Crave access as a reason by itself to buy television or Internet service.
What happens when the free period ends?
For TV/Internet offers, the normal Crave charge generally begins after the promotional credits unless you cancel or change the subscription. For the advertised Mobility offer, Bell says access automatically stops after the promotional period; the dedicated page also says changing to a non-eligible plan ends the benefit.
- Find the promotion end date in MyBell and your original order confirmation.
- Check whether the offer ends automatically or converts to paid billing.
- If you do not want paid service, cancel before the next scheduled renewal.
How to cancel Crave through Bell
Bell’s cancellation path is:
- Sign in to MyBell.
- Open My services.
- Select Subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
- Choose Crave, select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Bell says cancellation prevents the next renewal while access continues until the scheduled renewal date; it does not necessarily shut off viewing immediately.
Can an existing Crave subscriber use the Bell offer?
Bell’s current Mobility page says an active Crave subscription cannot be used with that promotion. Where linking is offered, you may link an existing Crave account to retain viewing history and preferences. Linking does not automatically pause or cancel a direct-billed subscription.

Check both your Crave account and Bell bill, especially if you have a bundle such as Crave with STARZ, TSN or RDS. Manage those direct subscriptions separately through Bell’s subscription support if necessary.
Common billing and access problems
A Crave charge appears immediately
Compare the charge with the matching promotional credit and the date of your first complete 30-day billing period. If the credit is missing, contact Bell before cancelling other services.
Crave disappears after a plan change
Review whether the new TV, Internet or Mobility plan remains eligible. Read the order summary before accepting a change and ask Bell to document its effect on Crave.

You are billed twice
A direct Crave subscription may still be active after Bell activates its version. Cancel or manage the direct subscription separately; Bell does not automatically transfer, pause or cancel it.
You expected television-receiver access
The current Mobility benefit is designed for the Crave app and crave.ca, with stated device restrictions. Use a supported device or consider a Bell TV-based subscription if receiver access is essential.

It can make sense when you already need the qualifying Bell service. It is rarely economical to buy an expensive wireless or TV/Internet bundle solely to obtain “free” Crave. Compare the total monthly Bell cost, term and cancellation exposure with the value of the specific Crave tier, including advertising, device support and its post-promotion price.

Bell states that promotions, eligibility and prices can change without notice. Treat the offer attached to your account—not a headline on a general page—as the controlling terms.
