What happens to Ji-won and Ji-hyuk?
Ji-won and Ji-hyuk end up together and build a family. One ending account says Ji-won becomes financially successful through stock trading, retires to establish a charity, initially hesitates about marriage, and eventually accepts Ji-hyuk’s proposal. It reports that they have four children. The Mary Sue’s ending explanation supplies those additional details; the official listing establishes the series premise and completion, but does not provide the final chapter’s text.

What happens to Soo-min and Min-hwan?
Ji-won succeeds in bringing Soo-min and Min-hwan together, but their marriage becomes destructive. According to IDN Times’ webtoon ending explanation, Soo-min pretends to be pregnant as the couple’s financial and family problems worsen and their hostility grows.
Soo-min kills Min-hwan’s mother in the hospital. Min-hwan had sabotaged his own car intending to kill Soo-min for insurance money; while rushing to the hospital, he crashes and dies. Soo-min is later sentenced to life in prison for the killing and for attempting to run Ji-won over. These events describe the webtoon plot.

How do the other relationships end?
Eun-ho and Hee-yeon
Eun-ho, who had feelings for Ji-won, ultimately becomes a couple with Hee-yeon. The accounts differ on the exact timeline, but describe them overcoming distance and committing to one another. IDN Times and The Mary Sue report this hopeful endpoint.
Joo-ran and Joon-suk
Joo-ran divorces her unfaithful husband and begins a serious relationship with Joon-suk, who supports her and her child. The Mary Sue also describes a threatened custody and kidnapping conflict that Joo-ran, her parents and Joon-suk prevent.
Is Marry My Husband’s webtoon ending happy?
For Ji-won, yes: the reported ending gives her a future with Ji-hyuk, a family and a life shaped by her own choices. The contrast with Soo-min and Min-hwan’s collapse makes the ending more than a simple revenge payoff. A reasonable interpretation is that Ji-won’s second chance lets her build a life beyond the circumstances of her first one; this is an interpretation of the reported outcomes, not a documented statement of the creators’ intent.
