Is House of David biblically accurate?
It is best described as a biblical historical drama, not as a scene-by-scene retelling guaranteed to match the biblical text. The Associated Press characterizes the series as loosely following David’s life and familiar events such as his fight with a lion, his defeat of Goliath and his becoming king. That description does not amount to a scholarly accuracy assessment.
Amazon’s series descriptions establish the premise and broad narrative arc, but they do not provide a comprehensive comparison of scenes with biblical passages or independent historical evidence. A blanket claim that the show is either fully accurate or inaccurate would go beyond what those sources establish. To evaluate a particular moment, compare it with the relevant biblical passage and distinguish fidelity to the text from independent historical corroboration.

The listing also warns that flashing lights and strobing patterns may affect photosensitive viewers. These platform advisories can help families decide whether the show fits their household.
Where can you watch it, and is season three coming?
In an update dated July 13, 2026, Amazon said seasons one and two were streaming globally on Prime Video and announced that the series had been renewed for a third season. The announcement did not give a season-three premiere date. Availability and subscription packaging can vary by location and change, so check the local Prime Video listing for current details.
Amazon also said Wonder Project was available through Prime Video in the United States as a separate subscription offering. That is distinct from the series’ stated availability on Prime Video.
