The film’s 2024 teaser and its later official trailer are separate releases.
What movie is Harrison Ford’s Red Hulk in?
Ford’s Red Hulk appears in Captain America: Brave New World. Disney’s official film page identifies Ford as President Thaddeus Ross and labels the character “Red Hulk/President Thaddeus Ross.” The movie was directed by Julius Onah.
Disney’s synopsis says Sam Wilson meets newly elected U.S. President Ross, then becomes caught up in an international incident and a global plot. Wilson took up the Captain America mantle in the finale of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier in 2021, as Disney noted in its teaser announcement.
The film’s Disney-listed cast includes Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly, Xosha Roquemore, Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson and Harrison Ford.

Are the teaser and official trailer the same video?
No. The Walt Disney Company announced a Marvel Studios teaser on July 12, 2024. Marvel Entertainment separately lists a later video titled “Captain America: Brave New World | Official Trailer,” published November 9, 2024. They are distinct promotional materials; those dates alone do not establish which scenes appear in either video.
Does Harrison Ford turn into Red Hulk in Captain America 4?
Disney identifies Ross as Red Hulk in the film, so the short answer is yes: Ford portrays the character associated with that transformation. The official materials establish the character identity; the synopsis describes Sam Wilson’s international-incident storyline rather than explaining the transformation’s circumstances.
