That open-marriage arrangement was part of the series’ relationship storyline. The available reporting does not establish that it had a distinct legal status; the legal update is that their divorce was finalized.

TV Insider reported that Gino’s representatives confirmed the divorce was finalized in Michigan on June 25, 2026. The outlet said it did not have specific details about the filing. Jasmine’s team separately addressed the settlement. In a June 27 report, TMZ said her team stated that she provided financial support to Gino as part of it. That detail should be understood as the team’s statement, not an uncontested description of the settlement.

Gino and Natalie
In March 2026, TV Insider reported that Gino was appearing on 90 Day: The Single Life amid the divorce and dating Natalie. In an interview published March 23, he said: “I’m looking for someone that treats me with kindness, that respects me, and someone that I can have fun with… I just want to be myself, be happy.” This describes what was reported at that time, not a guarantee of his present relationship status. Is Jasmine filming another 90 Day Fiancé appearance?
Not confirmed. On October 5, 2026, CinemaBlend reported that fans had spotted Jasmine with a film crew, but its report said neither the location nor the purpose of filming was confirmed. The sighting is not proof that she is returning to the franchise or that a new appearance has been announced. CinemaBlend’s report presents it as a possibility, not an official confirmation.
