What is Gale: Yellow Brick Road about?
Emily is Dorothy Gale’s granddaughter. As Emily’s grip on ordinary reality seems to falter, her visions point toward Oz—not the familiar fairy-tale destination, but a place shown as ruined and threatening. The story also connects her journey to secrets in her family’s history. FilmSelect’s trailer description

Its genre tags include dark fantasy, folk horror, psychological thriller, and supernatural horror; these are database classifications, not a definitive critical assessment. IMDb’s film listing

When was Gale: Yellow Brick Road released?
The available listings give different dates. FilmSelect’s trailer description says the film is in theaters February 6, 2026; IMDb lists a US release date of February 11, 2026. Neither listing, on its own, resolves the discrepancy, so these should be treated as attributed dates rather than a single confirmed release date.
