What is a wedding Mad Libs game?
Guests fill in blanks by supplying requested kinds of words—such as nouns, verbs, and adjectives—before reading the completed message. Wedding versions commonly take the form of advice for the couple or a lighthearted story. One free game publisher describes its activity as having no winner or loser, making it a casual group activity rather than a contest. Ways to use the printable
- Bridal shower: Set copies out for guests to complete as an icebreaker or activity.
- Reception tables: Place a game at each seat or group of seats for guests to fill out during the event.

Check the print size and layout
Wedding printables do not all use the same dimensions or page layout. For example, Pjs and Paint says its free game is designed for standard US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches) or cardstock and places two games on each page. Paper, cutting, and printing choices
- Paper: Ordinary printer paper works for the Pjs and Paint design; cardstock is an optional sturdier choice, not a requirement.
- Separating multiple games: Use scissors or a paper cutter if the page places more than one game on a sheet.
- Home or print-shop production: Follow the selected file’s print guidance. If you prefer not to print at home, check whether the listing supports sending the file to a local print shop.
Free downloads versus editable templates
Free downloads and paid editable templates are both available, but their features and terms differ by listing. Before choosing, check what can be edited, the file format, finished dimensions, number of games per sheet, price, and permitted use. Do not assume that a paid template is editable in every respect or that different designs grant the same rights.
