His decision came down to the depth of the relationship rather than lifestyle compatibility alone. Brandon ultimately chose Grace, believing their connection had the greater romantic potential.
Mitchell chose Sydney Errera
Mitchell’s finalists were Sydney Errera and Kait. He acknowledged Kait’s positive qualities but decided that his bond with Sydney was more powerful.
Mitchell and Sydney agreed to continue their relationship after the decision. That made them one of the finale’s confirmed couples, at least at the point when the episode ended.
Nathan chose Taylor Bedell
Nathan’s final two were Taylor Bedell and Allye. Nathan selected Taylor despite two significant uncertainties: the distance between them and Taylor’s hesitation about potentially moving to Florida, where Nathan’s farm is located.

Nathan said he was “crazy about” Taylor and wanted to take the relationship beyond the show. Taylor accepted that leap of faith, leaving the finale as Nathan’s chosen partner.
Ty chose no one
The biggest surprise of decision day was Ty Ferrell’s refusal to choose either finalist. Ty’s final two were Megan and Melody, but he concluded that neither woman was his “forever person.”
Rather than force a relationship simply because the process had reached its final stage, Ty decided to be honest with himself and both women. That meant Season 2 ended with three farmers choosing partners and Ty leaving without a match.
What happened at the Season 2 reunion?
The May 2024 reunion offered the first official post-finale snapshot of the couples.

- Brandon and Grace: They said their romantic relationship had ended after spending time together in Colorado. Brandon described the outcome as a strong friendship, but not the romantic connection he had hoped to find.
- Mitchell and Sydney: They were still together at the reunion.
- Nathan and Taylor: They said they remained together and discussed possible future plans, including Taylor potentially moving closer to Nathan’s Florida farm.
- Ty: He remained single after choosing neither Megan nor Melody.
That reunion status should not be confused with later reports. The reunion documented where the relationships stood in May 2024; it was not a guarantee that every couple would remain together afterward.
Are the Season 2 couples still together?
The later relationship picture is less settled than the finale made it appear.
Brandon and Grace were already no longer together by the reunion. Later coverage also reported that Nathan and Taylor appeared to have ended their relationship. That wording is important: the report relied partly on public reporting and social evidence rather than a stronger, direct confirmation from both people.
Mitchell and Sydney were together at the May 2024 reunion, but later coverage reported that they split shortly before Christmas 2025. Because relationship statuses can change and the later report is not the same as an on-camera confirmation, it is safest to describe that as a reported breakup rather than an independently confirmed current status.

In short, the decision-day outcomes are clear, but the relationships did not all continue as the finale suggested they might:
- Brandon and Grace: Ended before or by the May 2024 reunion.
- Mitchell and Sydney: Together at the reunion; later reported to have split shortly before Christmas 2025.
- Nathan and Taylor: Together at the reunion; later reported as appearing to have ended.
- Ty and his finalists: No relationship began because Ty chose neither woman.
Where to watch the finale and reunion
FOX’s official episode catalog lists both Season 2 episodes: “The Final Decisions” and “The Reunion.” Viewers looking to watch Farmer Wants a Wife Season 2 should check the official listing for current access, because platform availability, provider authentication, and regional restrictions can change. The FOX catalog confirms the episode listings but does not by itself guarantee that every viewer can watch without a participating television provider.

Brandon picked Grace, Mitchell picked Sydney, and Nathan picked Taylor. Ty made the season’s most unexpected decision by picking neither Megan nor Melody. The reunion showed Mitchell and Sydney, and Nathan and Taylor, still together in May 2024, while Brandon and Grace had shifted to a friendship. Later reports indicated further breakups, so the finale choices and the couples’ eventual outcomes are two different parts of the story.
