In the new expedition, Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Gray, Erza, Wendy, and Carla head to Guiltina. Their goal is to take on the 100 Years Quest, a mission no one has completed, and seek out the ancient guild Magia Dragon. That premise sets up a fresh adventure while keeping the original team at its center.

The Japanese TV broadcast began Sunday, July 7, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. on TV Tokyo’s six-network group, according to the official broadcast schedule. That is the original Japanese broadcast start date, not a current premiere date or a guarantee of availability in other countries.

Where can you watch Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest?
Availability is territory-specific and can change. The official Japanese distribution page lists services including Netflix and Prime Video, along with initial 2024 distribution dates, but warns that schedules may differ and change. Its listings do not establish that the series is currently available on those services in every country.
Check the catalogue for your country directly before subscribing or searching by season. The official distribution page is useful for the original Japanese listings, but should not be treated as a live guide to international streaming rights.

Is there a 100 Years Quest manga?
Yes. The manga is the direct source for the sequel story and is available in print and digital editions. The number of volumes depends on the language-market catalogue: Kodansha USA’s page labels the series ongoing and lists 21 volumes, while Kodansha Japan lists volume 24, released August 7, 2026. These are separate regional editions, not a single worldwide count.
If you want to continue the story in book form, choose the edition and volume listed for your market. Kodansha’s U.S. series listing covers its English-language print and digital editions; the Japanese publisher catalogue reflects the Japanese release schedule.
