Kalani Hilliker and Nathan Goldman celebrated their wedding on September 17, 2025, at Villa Pizzo on Lake Como. The outdoor ceremony faced the water, with purple-heavy floral arrangements, white garden-style chairs and a light, colorful design. Photographer Roman Ivanov captured the photos shared exclusively with BRIDES.
Where and when did Kalani Hilliker and Nathan Goldman celebrate their wedding?
The couple held their wedding celebration at Villa Pizzo on September 17, 2025. They returned to Lake Como for the occasion, the same place where they had become engaged. E! News reported the wedding the following day.
The ceremony took place outdoors on a sunken patio facing the lake. White garden-style chairs framed the setting, while clusters of flowers—many featuring purple blooms—lined the aisle.
What did the wedding’s pastel garden design look like?
A light, colorful ceremony and reception
Hilliker described the day’s look as “light, airy, colorful, and free.” At the reception, that palette carried through in pink, white, purple and blue flowers, pastel taper candles, pale-green or butterfly-patterned linens, and draped chandeliers. Tables included both long and round arrangements.

Butterflies throughout the details
The butterfly motif had a personal meaning for the couple. Hilliker said, “We incorporated a lot of butterflies because when Nate and I met we would always text each other butterflies and always talk about how we give each other butterflies.” Their multi-piece stationery suite, made with Minted, also used pastel colors and butterflies.
How did the other wedding-week events differ from the ceremony?
| Event | Setting and design |
|---|---|
| Rehearsal dinner | Villa Camilla hosted a dinner at one long table with white linens, purple-and-blue ombré flowers and pale-purple napkins. Guests were asked to wear colorful pastels. |
| Welcome party, September 16 | The poolside party at Grand Hotel Tremezzo took a more vivid Italian theme: “That’s Amore!” Red flowers and red-and-white checked linens set it apart from the wedding day’s pastel garden palette. |
| Wedding and reception, September 17 | The ceremony at Villa Pizzo faced the water; the reception continued the pastel floral design with candles, varied table shapes and draped chandeliers before moving into dancing and a late-night party. |
