What is confirmed—and what remains speculation
The cast list is not complete
Disney’s March 26, 2025 announcement named 26 actors, but it was an initial announcement, not a guarantee of the complete roster. Disney’s current guide says some cast members and characters remain a mystery. In Disney’s September 29, 2026 report, co-director Anthony Russo said: “We have absolutely not announced the entire cast. There is more to come.” The Walt Disney Company

Doom has no confirmed connection to Tony Stark
Robert Downey Jr. is playing Victor von Doom, but Disney says there is no confirmed connection between Doom and Tony Stark. The idea that Doom is Tony Stark or an alternate version of him remains speculation, not an established character fact. Disney+
Do not treat rumors or merchandise as casting confirmation
Only include characters Disney has identified through its current guide, official film-page captions or reported footage. A merchandise report mentioning Franklin Richards does not establish that the character appears in the film. GamesRadar

Disney describes heroes from three universes as being set on a collision course against an existential threat. That establishes the broad multiverse crossover, but not the precise motivation or story role of each character. Disney Movies
