Super Bowl LIX took place on February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, where the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40–22. The names below are celebrities and public figures identified in published photo captions, wire reports and event coverage—not an official attendance register or a definitive count of everyone in the stadium.
Headline entertainment names reported at the game

Taylor Swift’s group
Was Taylor Swift at Super Bowl LIX?
Yes. Time and ESPN reported Swift at the February 9 game. Coverage placed her with rapper Ice Spice and members of the band Haim. Those reports answer the most common question about her appearance; they do not establish that she remained in her suite for every quarter.
Who was sitting with her?
Ice Spice and Haim members were the companions specifically identified in the event coverage. Other people may appear in individual photographs, but the published reports cited here do not provide a complete seating chart.
#1 Best Overall
Jay-Z and the Carter family
Jay-Z attended with his daughters, Blue Ivy Carter and Rumi Carter. The Associated Press and E! identified the family group in coverage from the Superdome. Their appearance is best described as a family sighting; the reports do not indicate how long they stayed or give a formal suite guest list.
Adam Sandler, Kevin Costner and other film and television figures
Forbes and E! included Adam Sandler, Kevin Costner, Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd and Pete Davidson in their Super Bowl celebrity coverage. Additional published roundups named Anne Hathaway, Tom Brady, Zac Efron, Serena Williams and Rob McElhenney. Because those latter names come from photo galleries and wire-style lists, each identification should be read as a reported sighting rather than proof that the person watched the full game from start to finish.
Athletes and notable public figures
Lionel Messi
ESPN reported Lionel Messi at Super Bowl LIX, adding one of the world’s best-known footballers to the celebrity audience.
Serena Williams
Serena Williams appeared in two distinct parts of the event story: she was named in attendance coverage and made a surprise on-field appearance during Kendrick Lamar’s halftime performance.

Pregame and surrounding performances
Ledisi performed “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Time also reported Lady Gaga’s Bourbon Street performance and highlighted New Orleans music elements connected with the event. These performances should not be confused with celebrity spectators in the stands.
How to interpret the “every celebrity” list
- It is a public-report roundup: the names come from published sightings, photographs and captions.
- It is not a stadium census: no reliable source established an aggregate celebrity total.
- Attendance and performance are different: Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Ledisi and Serena Williams had on-field roles, while other names were reported as spectators; Williams belongs to both categories.
- Identification confidence varies: wire reports and multiple outlets provide stronger confirmation than an isolated gallery caption.
- Duration is usually unknown: a photograph shows presence at a particular moment, not necessarily the entire game.
The Bottom Line
The best-supported answer is a qualified one: Taylor Swift, Jay-Z with Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter, Adam Sandler, Kevin Costner, Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Pete Davidson, Lionel Messi and many other public figures were reported at Super Bowl LIX, while Kendrick Lamar, SZA and Ledisi performed and Serena Williams did both. No authoritative source published a complete celebrity attendance count.
