Who are Eric Trump’s children?
The Trump Organization’s official biography identifies Luke and Carolina as Eric Trump’s two children. An official family feature also gives Carolina’s middle name as Dorothy. Eric married Lara Yunaska in November 2014, and the couple’s publicly documented children are Luke and Carolina.
Who is Luke Trump?
Eric Luke Trump is Eric and Lara Trump’s older child. Public coverage generally refers to him as Luke. Fox News reported that he was born in September 2017.

The reviewed public sources establish Luke’s birth month and year, but not a verified day of birth. For that reason, it is more accurate to describe him as having been born in September 2017 rather than publish an unconfirmed exact birthday.
Eric referred publicly to his six-year-old son during a July 16, 2024 MSNBC interview transcript hosted by Congress.gov. That reference places Luke in a family-related public context, but it does not provide reliable information about his schooling, personality, hobbies, or day-to-day life.
Who is Carolina Trump?
Carolina Dorothy Trump is Eric and Lara Trump’s younger child. Fox News reported that Eric and Lara welcomed her on August 20, 2019. Her middle name, Dorothy, has also appeared in an official Trump Organization family feature.
Carolina appeared with her parents in Fox News coverage in December 2019, when the program introduced viewers to the family of four and presented her as a newborn.

As of August 13, 2026:
- Luke is eight years old. Because the reviewed sources confirm only that he was born in September 2017, he will turn nine at some point in September 2026; his exact birthday has not been verified in the source set.
- Carolina is six years old. She will turn seven on August 20, 2026.
Ages change over time, so any future reference should include an “as of” date. Older articles may list different ages because they were calculated when those articles were published.
What is publicly known about Luke and Carolina?
The children have had limited public visibility, mainly through family coverage rather than individual public roles. The documented record includes Carolina’s December 2019 television appearance and Eric’s reference to Luke during a 2024 interview. The Trump Organization has also published family and lifestyle material discussing Eric and Lara’s parenting experience.
That official material describes Lara receiving childcare help while she and Eric worked and traveled, and discusses general family exercise and household life. Those comments provide broad context about the parents’ approach to balancing work and family. They do not establish the children’s current schedules, caregivers, activities, or routines.
Are Luke and Carolina involved in public life?
There is no reliable evidence in the reviewed sources that either child has a separate public career, official political role, or independent media profile. They are minors, and the available coverage is primarily about their family connection to Eric and Lara Trump.
It is therefore important to distinguish between a child appearing briefly in family coverage and having a documented public biography. The sources support the former, not the latter.
Rank #4
What information is not verified?
The reviewed sources do not reliably establish Luke’s exact birth date, either child’s school, precise residence, medical history, private social-media accounts, daily schedule, or detailed personal interests. Those details should not be filled in with tabloid reports, social-media speculation, facial identification, scraped personal data, or claims based only on photographs.
The Trump Organization’s official biography says Eric lives with Lara and their two children, Luke and Carolina. That broad description should be attributed to the organization and should not be expanded into an exact neighborhood, home address, school location, or current household arrangement.
