There is no legitimate universal free livestream because the match and the tournament have ended. A full-match replay may remain available through the broadcaster that held rights in your country, but availability depends on its current archive and subscription rules.
The best free official starting point is the ICC.tv platform in territories that were not assigned another broadcaster. It may also offer highlights or archive material, but a complete replay should not be assumed. Free Willow YouTube coverage was specifically associated with USA matches. It should not be treated as a guaranteed option for England vs New Zealand. Avoid links promising an unauthorized “live” broadcast of a completed match.
