A Wall Of Sound concert review reports that Vedder spoke about the two young Australian women killed in connection with the Laos methanol poisoning and dedicated “Come Back” to Holly Bowles and Bianca Jones. The dedication is attributed to the review; it is not stated in the official setlist.
Who were Bianca Jones and Holly Bowles?
Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade identifies Jones and Bowles as Australian citizens who died in November 2024 in connection with methanol poisoning in Laos. The DFAT document supports those identities and that connection. It does not, by itself, establish a complete forensic or incident timeline.
