What does Super Limit-Breaking NEO add?
Bandai Namco says the expansion adds 33 playable characters, four Episode Battles, Extra Battles, four new stages, and a solo mode called Limit Breaker Journey. Its July 23 PlayStation Blog post names the stages as Kami’s Palace, Kame House, Bitter Tundra, and Stratosphere, whose description mentions Earth and Planet Vegeta.

Is NEO available on Nintendo Switch or Switch 2?
Not according to the launch announcement. Bandai Namco and the official Dragon Ball site’s July 30 article said Switch and Switch 2 versions were planned for a later date, without confirming when they would release. The Nintendo U.S. DLC catalog lists the DAIMA Character Pack 2 for May 27, 2026, but that listing does not establish NEO availability on Switch.

Is the free update part of the DLC?
Bandai Namco announced a free update to launch alongside the downloadable expansion, saying it would introduce new battle mechanics available to all players. The publisher’s July 23 producer-video announcement describes that update separately from the DLC. Check the relevant platform storefront for the exact terms of any purchase; the announcement does not mean the expansion’s content is automatically included with the base game.
